Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- an iron and an ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring that the apartment is pristine for your enjoyment.

Family Services:
If you require a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If they are left on the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key or lock.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 years of age will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise they will not be able to stay on the property and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
