Welcome to Bréhat, to our peaceful haven in Tréveneuc, a gem nestled just 2 km from the seaside resort of Saint Quay Portrieux. Our house, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people, is the perfect getaway for those seeking to combine luxury, comfort, and nature.
Spacious and Bright Interior:
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a warm and modern ambiance. The house has 4 elegantly furnished bedrooms, promising restful nights, and 2 bathrooms, including 1 ensuite bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, while the living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, is ideal for relaxing evenings. High-speed fiber-optic internet allows you to work remotely with peace of mind.
Relaxation and Stunning Views:
The main highlight of our house is undoubtedly its two terraces offering a 180-degree sea view, perfect for enjoying your coffee on comfortable sun loungers or unwinding with a glass of wine while basking in the sun. In addition, a jacuzzi heated to 36°C all year round in a private garden ensures you have everything needed for ultimate relaxation.
Complete Comfort:
To ensure a worry-free stay, we provide all necessary linens: sheets, bath towels, and hygiene products (bathrobes not provided).
Two free parking spaces are available.
For everyoneâs comfort:
Smoking indoors is not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Parties are not allowed
Please respect the neighbors' quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am

Located just 500 meters from the large Port Goret beach and the GR34 coastal trail, our home is ideal for beach lovers and hikers alike. Youâll also be close to the beaches of Saint Quay Portrieux and its casino (3 km), the 18-hole Ajoncs-d'Or golf course (7 km), Saint-Brieuc train station (25 km), and the island of BrĂ©hat (22 km). Additionally, there are nearby water activities: sailing club, catamaran cruises, kayaking, excursions to BrĂ©hat, vintage sailing, sea fishing, and more.
Heating and electricity are included, except for electric vehicle charging.
Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays, with exceptions possible upon request. A âŹ1,000 deposit is required before check-in.
