Mountain Home with A/C + Spectacular Views Of Loon

Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character.
While staying at the house, guest will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months the house has A/C to keep you cool after a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe.
The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.

In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available.

Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.

Great spot to stay while skiing at loon

Great mom/kid getaway

3 moms and 5 kids stayed here for our trip to Santa’s Village. The property was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed every minute! The kids enjoyed crafting at the large table and lounging on the spacious couch. We’d love to return!

Wonderful Townhome with Great River View

We loved our stay in this immaculate townhome overlooking the river! There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked and the large deck was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Fall Getaway

Great Townhouse, spacious, well furnished, clean, great view from the deck. Located very close to all mean attractions. Property owners, Kevin and Shayna, are very friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend for families to groups. Plenty of sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms.

Great family ski trip

Wonderful home and perfect to enjoy a family getaway. Spacious so everyone has their own private area but open living area to enjoy time together. Host is wonderful. Easy to ski at Loon with free shuttle to mountain.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay was great! Perfect location with a deck that overlooks the Pemigawasset River. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The place had everything we needed in terms of space and comfort. I messaged Kevin one time and he responded immediately. Overall great experience!

Best stay ever

Had an amazing time at this property. We were there with family, 4 adults and 6 kids. Extremely clean, plenty of space, view was beautiful. Owner was available for any questions and response time was prompt. Looking forward to staying at this property again next year!

Wonderful property for adults and kids

My girlfriends and I stayed here with our 6 kids for a quick trip to Santa’s Village. The condo was perfect for 3 families as we all had plenty of room, and several bathrooms. The view of the river off the deck was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. We would love to return here for future trips.

Perfect getaway

Everything about this home made for a perfect off-season trip to the White Mountains. The condo is lovely and the balcony overlooking the Pemi is truly amazing! Adults and teens alike had a very relaxing and memorable weekend. We would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, and hope to be able to return ourselves in the future.

Always the best

We've stayed here so many times that it really feels like home! Every time we go the owners have upgraded or replaced something - their attention to detail and comfort is top notch. Kevin is always super responsive and accommodating as a host. I don't think you can find a better spot on the Pemi (river sounds and view from the huge deck are unbeatable), and it's a short walk to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, even for our small kids. We're always looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Everything was perfect from the inquiries which received prompt responses, extremely clean and well laid out to accommodate our 3 families. Easy check in, wonderful views and great location. Lovely and spacious townhouse on the Pemi River

This property is lovely, with a large private deck overlooking the river. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. We had a small issue upon check-in, but Kevin was easy to contact and he handled it immediately. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future!

Lovely View and Comfortable Living Space

Visited recently with 3 adult couples. Hard to find a couch that will fit 6 adults, but this place has it! The kitchen and dining area were great for eating in, especially as the area restaurants get super busy. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio overlooking the river. Checkout procedures were simple and timely communication was provided.

Great times in Lincoln Station 8-1

Have stayed at Lincoln Station NH many times but this unit was by far the best. Condo was spotless, uncluttered and very nicely renovated. River view from deck was awesome. Family of six adults and one toddler had plenty of room to spread out. Finally, owners were great to work with too. Couldn’t ask for any better location to stay in Lincoln NH

Annual Family Getaway

We loved the openness and it being an end unit. Very roomy, plenty of rooms for all of us! Loved the back deck overlooking the River, eating out back with a glass of wine and breakfast coffee in the morning, listening to the rushing water, absolutely beautiful, even a man fly fishing one time! Another added bonus on the day we were packing up a Momma Bear and her cub came up the road and then ran into the woods! Kids loved it!! We all agreed would love to return again sometime, Thank you and you have a beautiful home! The Denault Family

Slice of mountain heaven!

Kevin and Shayna’s property was exactly how described! We needed a larger place to stay as my son was graduating from college at PSU. This was the perfect house! It slept all 10 of us comfortably!! It’s beautiful and spacious. The mountain theme with Bears and moose added a mountain touch. This property is right on the Pemi River, no sleep machines needed this trip! The river sounds will put you into a restful sleep. Kevin was super responsive when some questions arose. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin and Shayna.
