Many activities nearby: 20 minutes from the Parc Floral de la Source and the Loiret mills promenade, 15 minutes from the Loire, 10 minutes from the monuments of Cléry-Saint-André, but also the Roquelin gardens, the Arboretum d'Ilex garden....
This comfortable and spacious cottage, suitable for people with reduced mobility, offers absolute tranquility in the middle of the woods. Ideal for a few days' escape or a week of teleworking in the countryside. A new tennis facility is available next to the house. The house, bathed in light, is entirely oriented towards nature, offering great walks in the woods. A billiard table will enhance your evenings by the fire. Single-storey gîte completely renovated and accessible to people with reduced mobility with a large and beautiful living room with lounge (fireplace and billiard table), dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm (can be pushed together), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
