Place was great. Location was close to a lot.No problems, except the dang Hurricane!!Lisa & Robert said they would give us a discount on future stay since we opted to leave early to avoid the incoming weather.

This house was delightful. The beach was an easy 3 block walk away. The atmosphere was excellent. The host was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We will not hesitate to rebook when we are in the area again!

Property clean. The house came equipped with everything needed. The balcony was a plus for evenings relaxing. Ocean access walking distance, but too far and hot for me to walk. Driving to the Public Access is very close. And the parking and walk to beach is very easy. Tons of restaurants and shopping everywhere.

The hot water was amazing 12 people could get ready and you never run out. Close to everything host live on property and they are great. Definitely a five out of 5!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was great, you have the whole upper floor to your self and the owners are on the lower floor if there are questions and or requests. The property was clean and thoughtfully stocked. We loved being in walking distance to the beach. We were also only a 20 min drive to Walmart for groceries. We were far enough from the main tourist areas to be quieter but close enough to enjoy them with only a short drive. We will definitely stay again.

Will definitely stay here again. Convenient location, clean with comfortable beds in every bedroom. No issues with parking vehicle or boat. Very pet friendly! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to going back again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our mini family reunion. This home gets a 10 out of 10 for us. The hosts were awesome. They brought us extra towels even when they had already provided more then enough. The house also came with extra queen air mattress which wasnt even list on details and definitely made sleeping arrangements better then expected. This could not have been in a more perfect location, it is close to all the attractions but not in the middle of it so it was still peaceful. Sitting and hanging out on the deck and BBQing was great for the adults while all the kids played board and card games provided by Lisa and Robert. Plus added bonus was the in house, washer and dryer, so we didn't have to go home with dirty clothesAfter this vrbo I wouldn't even consider staying in another location for Panama City Beach 100% had everything

Family Trip

Our family stayed here 8 days July 2025. The house was immaculate. Rooms were large with plenty of sleeping area. There was also plenty of parking. Mrs. Lisa was a great host and was very helpful.

Family Vacation

We booked for the first tome and loved it. Lisa and her husband were excellent as hosts! We will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation. We loved the space and privacy. The full kitchen with stainless steel appliances was great and the decor was very nice. Loved that they had a grill for us to use. Loved this place for sure!!

Property is real close to St Andrew’s park, which is our favorite place in Panama City. You get the top floor to yourself and park in the driveway. The owners live in the bottom floor. There was a night when the AC went out, but the owners had it fixed within a couple of hours the next day…excellent service. The pull out couch does block the front door when used as a bed and is not comfortable, but I have yet to find one that is.Everything was clean and well described in the listing.

The Captain’s House

Hosts were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The open floor plan made for plenty of room for our 10 person group. Location is an 8 min walk from nearest beach access and 5 minute drive to some great shops and restaurants.

Best Location

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood, was able to sleep peacefully. Very comfortable shower. Washer and dryer was top of the line of appliances so was the refrigerator too. Enjoyed our stay for 7 days. Attended a baseball tournament.

The house was very close to the beach, 10 mins walking. 3 min drive. Rooms were perfect size for our family of 8. Quiet neighborhood close to a great state park beach and public beach access points up and down PCB. House had nice hot water, kitchen and Tv's in each room. 10/10 would stay again,

We really enjoyed staying here. The owners were amazing. The house is beautiful and plenty of parking. The house had everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. Every interaction with the hosts and the community was pleasant. Will definitely be back if they will have us.

Won’t stay elsewhere

We were there for a family reunion. The house was better than I expected. My whole family, of 9 people, were quite comfortable and relaxed. Two blocks to great food & the beach! I highly recommend staying there, unless we are back in town!!

Me and a group of friends came to this property for our college spring break. The owners were easy to contact and overall lovely. The one thing i’d say is that none of the doors have locks on them including the bathroom. That wasn’t a big deal but being a college friend group we were worried that we would walk in on eachother while people were using the bathrooms. I’m sure that wouldn’t be an issue for a family with young children though. Other than that we had a lovely stay and are very appreciative of the hosts for giving us the benefit of the doubt considering our age and we had the best spring break!
