We're truly sorry to hear that a few maintenance and amenity concerns affected your weeklong stay. Those are absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We reached out to check in on your stay multiple times and offer any help or service you might need, but we never received a response. Our team would have been happy to address these items right away or move you to a comparable property if needed had we heard from you. If you decide to visit the area again, we'd welcome the chance to host you under much better circumstances.
