DETAILS: "Moonstone," a beautiful home in WaterSound, has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 12. Guests will enjoy the separate carriage house, 4-seater golf cart, spacious screened grilling area, and dining porch. Moonstone is close to the beach, community park, and nature trails.

The first floor is warm and inviting with hardwood floors and a mix of textured interior materials - painted brick, exposed timber beams, shiplap walls - create a luxurious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Down the hall are a laundry room and a guest bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.

In the kitchen, premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, double ovens, and a large island with seating for 4 are surrounded by crisp white cabinetry accented by natural light from 2 windows. A white brick archway leads into the dining and living room. Rough, exposed timber beams lend visual weight to the gas fireplace's painted white brick and surrounding white shiplap walls.
