Our Pool and Elevators are still being renovated -this unit is on the 3rd floor. Renovations at the complex to be completed at the first of the New Year.

This condo is located in a quiet complex on the intercoastal waterway & just a few short blocks to the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful & serene location for a getaway or for a season, this location is great. The property itself is on the water, with great views from the heated pool. The condo itself has one spacious bedroom w/ king bed, a spacious living area w/ a pullout twin & daybed and a full kitchen. We have beach equipment for your use & a beautiful setting in paradise, welcome!

This condo is located on the 3rd floor with elevator or stair access and a private balcony for your use! Walking into the condo, which can be accessed with the electronic lock, you will enter the dining room and spacious living area. We have wifi, a smart TV and a daybed, which can function as a sleeping space for kids. There is also a pullout twin bed in the oversized chair. By day, this is a comfortable living room and by night, can comfortably sleep 2 kids.
The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to cook and prepare meals or grab food and eat in! The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and chair, with a dresser and closet as well.
The pool area is one of the great perks at this location, it is very quiet with amazing views of the water. There is plenty of space to lounge or sit outside around the pool and enjoy the outdoors, or grab a fishing pole and fish from the dock.

The parking space that is assigned to the unit is quite small and will not fit a larger vehicle, SUV or a truck. We would recommend a car or small SUV. There are several visitor spots, but those cannot be guaranteed. If you do have a larger vehicle, we cannot guarantee a parking spot.
- This is a quiet residential community and is not suitable for those looking to party or have a wild time. Nearby neighbors want to live in peace and quiet, if you’re also looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, you’ll be a great fit!
- Though we want you to be reasonably quiet and not disrupt others generally, please respect the quiet hours of 9pm-8am on the property
- Must be 25 or older to book this condo
- No smoking indoors or with the slider to the balcony open
- No pets per HOA regulation
- No music or smoking at pool, the area is nearby to multiple balconies and living spaces
- There is parking for ONE car, but it is a small space and will not accommodate a mid/large SUV or truck. Only small/mid size car, small SUV or van
- Please do the dishes and take out the trash prior to departure, this prevents unwanted pests and odors
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
