Lakefront 1959 renovated 4-plex was originally owned by Fort Leonard Wood but still holds the charm and character of days gone by. This one bedroom charmer will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay with lots of amenities.
This little gem is part of a property that includes a picnic area, lake-front fire pit and sand horseshoe pit, 6- well dock with a swim platform, swim ladder, fish sink and great fishing, close to Kinderhook Golf course and Lake Valley golfing, Ha Ha Tonka State park, Bridal Cave, Ozark Amphitheater, and Ball Parks National.
Guest access includes the picnic area, sand horse shoe pit, 6-well dock with swim deck and ladder, fish sink, fire-pit, boat-slip, boat trailer parking, deck.

Everything was great. Clean and well stocked. Hosts responded quickly upon arrival and were available for questions. Great lake view. Located on a steep hillside so if guests have any mobility issues, need to be careful.

A beautifully maintained property

The location was quiet, serene, and the rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lakeside seating is also a relaxing place to spend time enjoying the Lake of the Ozarks. 100% would recommend to my friends and family.

It was nice and peaceful
 about a 10-15 minute drive to town. Beautiful view. Only thing that made us uneasy was steep driveway/hill to get in and out
 but that appeared to be the same for all surrounding properties along the lake.

Relaxing

The owners and neighbors were very nice. The view was beautiful with nice sunsets. Sitting around the firepit was really relaxing. The accommodation was nice and clean. We would stay there again.

Property was beautiful. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I can complain about it the listing says 1 queen and 2 twin beds but only had a queen and 2 chairs that opened up! Other than that Everything was beautiful

Nice weekend getaway

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake from the deck or chairs by the firepit was great. The propane grill worked great. Not having an oven was disappointing but not a deal breaker. We wished the AC did a better job of cooling the bedroom since it heats up with the morning & afternoon sun. It would be great if the shade on the backdoor, which opens to the bedroom, blocked more of the sun & street light.

Glorious stay at Camp Chatham

My wife and I have the most wonderful stay and experience at Camp Chatham. The view from the balcony was magical! Bob and Kathy were great hosts and very communicative, helpful, and quick to respond. The stay was stocked with everything one could need. We loved the decor and thought it was well thought out to make you feel like you were in your own private little cabin. The room was immaculately clean and everything was as advertised. Perfect distance to the local town of Camdenton as well as access to Lake of the Ozarks. Everything is within 15 minutes. Camp Chatham is the perfect romantic getaway! Thank you Bob and Cathy for allowing us to enjoy your property!
