It is located on the 4th floor with a lift. This delightful 80 m² property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals such as an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge and a coffee machine.

The bedroom is elegantly decorated. It includes a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wifi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 3rd Arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "Arrondissement du Temple". This district also finds the famous Marais, a grandiose area. The Marais is a clever mix of past and modernity. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants. This district has many museums, such as the Picasso Museum, Arts and Crafts Museum, and much more.

In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet, and pleasant gardens where you can enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden and the Garden of the National Archives.

It is an ideal neighbourhood for shopping with many young fashion designers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Oberkampf, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
