Historic cottage on quiet tree lined street. Parking for 1 car in front driveway.
Setup as a 1 Bedroom plus 1.5 Baths plus office/potential bedroom with fold out futon/couch.
Hardwood floors. Large master suite with tub/shower combination.
Kitchen offers everything you could want. Full size washer/dryer in unit. This home is personally managed by the owners and not a management company.

This house is half a mile to Whiskey Row and is very well appointed. I highly recommend for a single or a couple.

Safe harbor

It was an unplanned trip to help with a medical emergency. My days at the hospital were stressful, but this lovely, comfy home gave me the peace and quiet I needed. An ideal spot for one, like me, or for a couple. Highly recommended!

Holiday stay in Prescott

Enjoyed everything It was a perfect place for a working vacation with a big desk and workspace.It is centrally located. Cute little neighborhood with other vintage homes that have been restored. Easy drive to any downtown sites. 15 minute walk to museums and whiskey row.

Excellent property with a great Host!

The most perfectly equipped kitchen of any VRBO I have ever experienced! A great host and bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to all amenities.. GREAT in every way! You just have tp experience it.

March for a month

This property was perfect for our trip. We found lots of golf courses to play close by & within an hour if you want to travel a bit. We enjoyed beautiful hiking & bicycle trails all around the city. We even completed several amazing motorcycle rides. The best part of this location was being able to walk to shops and restaurants & pub’s. From day one, we felt at home here!

Perfect choice.

Close enough to town to walk, far away enough for peace and quiet. Wonderful owners who went over and above to make my stay so comfortable. Love, love, love the house.

Pretty good overall

Great location, very cute house inside and out. Owner/Manager very nice and attentive when you let him know about a problem. Kitchen not supplied for long stay; nothing to really cook with. Had to microwave everything.. No information given about how to get in the house; no info on VRBO. Last night was overbooked; big drama at the front door. Owner came over to fix the situation. Too many things fell between the cracks. Not sure I would want to stay there again BUT he's trying.

Interesting features to house. Felt safe in a nice neighborhood. For our purposes, the cottage was only ten minutes drive from the office we went to every day. Historic district within walking distance.

Georgia & Len met in Prescott in 2002, fell madly in love and got married on the courthouse square on the 4th of July 2005.
Len is a local realtor with Coldwell Banker and Georgia is a CPA, fitness instructor, wife, mother and grandmother to 6 wonderful grandchildren. We have also have 2 pugs. Snooch & Weezie!
