Villa with pool 20 minutes from Porto

The villa consists of an old outbuilding divided into 3 separate units:
- The suite (a studio) sleeps 4
- Adega (3 bedrooms) sleeps 6
- Casa (2 bedrooms) sleeps 6
Normally these are rented separately, but in the VILLA version we group them together to privatize the whole, with a capacity of 16 beds + 1 extra bed.
We also have baby facilities.
Ideal for large families and vacations with friends
For the safety of our travelers, people outside the reservation will not have access to the property.

We live on site but are very discreet when we have travelers but in the common areas you may come across our dogs Pablo and Mona, they are very sociable and will probably ask you for petting.

Your pets are also welcome; we accept a maximum of 2.
If you wish to travel with your pets, please let us know at the time of booking.
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
We will ask you to pick up after your pets; bags are available for this purpose.

For the well-being and respect of all, we would like to remind you of a few rules of good manners.
Please respect the cleanliness of the communal areas (swimming pool, barbecue, etc.) and the work of the maintenance staff.

For the smooth running of your stay, and that of the people who will follow you, we thank you in advance for not smoking inside the accommodation.
Please do not throw cigarette butts or garbage on the ground.
Ashtrays are available in the outside areas.
All the toilets on the property are on septic tanks and pumps. Please do not use them as garbage cans, as the amenities are equipped with them.

The swimming pool is heated from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
For their safety, never leave young children unsupervised.
