Relaxing and smooth

There were no worries when booking this home. The concierge was amazing. The transportation went off without any issues and the chef and house staff were amazing. Best vacation ever!

The home was gorgeous, pool awesome and beachfront very convenient. The staff were all great. My only suggestion is not to have the maid come every day.

Service beyond belief!

Service beyond belief! We had a wonderful vacation at Surfside Gecko. Words cannot describe the amount of care taken to make sure all our needs were covered. I highly recommend renting through Gecko Vacations- you won't regret it!

Staff were amazing!

Staff were amazing! Everyone took care of everything we needed and were so friendly. Group of 8 (four couples) stayed for 8 nights. Villa had everything we needed, might have been nice to be a bit closer to the main village but couple restaurants are within walking distance of Villa and had two golf carts that we used to go to and from village. Sounds from first floor travels up to second floor rooms as all tile floors. Kitchen was good size with everything we needed, including ice machine. Good outdoor sitting areas and pool was great. Only downside was no shade in pool, would have been nice to have umbrellas we could put at edge of pool or a corner with a sun shade for heat of day.

We had a perfect vacation. Next time we’ll have to stay longer.

Six of us had a dreamed vacation at Surfside Gecko. It was spotlessly clean, every amenity you could imagine ,well kept up. We were lucky enough to have a housekeeper and a house manager and a cook. It was Five star vacation . The staff was lovely. Erica was an excellent manager of our tours and our transfers. The house was situated right on the beach so we had wonderful sunsets. We took advantage of riding bikes and using the golf cart, We even went kayaking. We love the fact that they had pool Floaties as well. The house was full of so many amenities that you wouldn’t have expected.

Audy was such a delight. Jorge was so friendly and that smile. We really felt truley pampered. The four passenger golf cart was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. The bicycles were a lovely surprise. The kayaks were used as well. I would loved to have had an SUP but we didn't need it. It was my second time to Belize but all of my friends first. They are making plans to come back. Thanks to everyone. It was the best!

We had the most enjoyable time at Surfside Gecko

Our family of 3 generations aging from 9 months up to grandma and grandpa had the most enjoyable time at Surfside Gecko. We had Irene preparing our amazing meals for 4 days. We will have more days with a chef on our next trip. We found that it wasn't as convenient to wrangle all ten of us to a restaurant for dinner. Irene's meals were better, in our experience. Audy was a joy to have around as she cared for the house. The children loved her! We lived in the pool and took advantage of the kayaks, paddleboard and fishing gear. The rooms were so comfortable and we all slept so well. Thank you to all of the Surfside Gecko crew that made us feel so welcome and pampered.

Fabulous!

Had a fabulous week with 4 of my very best friends. The house was spacious and immaculately kept. The staff took great care of us and provided us with what we needed and wanted, sometimes before we could even make it known. They had great intuition. We could not have asked for a better experience. We left feeling we had been treated like queens and also feeling like we made 3 new friends. Audie, Maberick, and Kenton (hope I got spellings correct) could not have cared for us better. Thanks to them!!!!

Beautiful Belizian Vacation

My family, consisting of two daughters, their husbands, and their four children aged 9 - 20 could not have been more pleased with the beautiful house, complete with maid service and a wonderful chef. The pool and the sea were wonderful and true to the pictures. We absolutely loved Belize and participated in most of the excursions that were available The concierge service was very reliable and took us to the Mayan ruins, cave tubing, monkey river, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing. Words of advice, bring plenty of cash for tipping and fly from the Belize City airport to Palencia The drive is at least 3.5 hours and goes through mountain road, resulting in car sickness from my grand daughter!
