Maj 2017 ... Nyligen målade hela insidan. Nya apparater, nya möbler, nya sängkläder. Golfvagnen har en ny motor, batterier och däck. Platsen är redo för besökare. INKLUDERAR ALLTID GOLFKARTA. Vi köpte denna fastighet 2002 som en plats att ta barnen varje sommar. Min man och jag tycker om lokala restauranger och shopping. Barnen älskar fritidsaktiviteter på stranden, poolen och på campingen. Campingplatsen har aktiviteter för alla åldrar och det är jättebra för familjen. Vi fortsätter att njuta av vårt hem hemifrån och delar det nu med många upprepade hyresgäster. Vi inkluderar golfvagnen med huset, för alla vet att du måste ha en när du är på Ocean Lakes!
Uppdatering 2019: Vi har tagit bort dubbelsängen från sovrummet och ersatt den med ett skrivbord. Som en följd av detta är master-sviten mycket rymligare.
Vi rekommenderar vår plats för 2 eller 3 vuxna plus barn. Vi rekommenderar inte 4 vuxna plus barn.

Great little comfy place

It was just me and my two 9 year old kids. It was a great comfy and cozy place and quiet. I’m used to staying up further towards the beach where there is always the golf karts zooming by.

Great for a family getaway

This was a very cute and clean little place. Ocean lakes was so fun, lots to do for families and little ones. The house has everything you’ll need to hang on the beach all day, it even had chairs, and sand toys too. We all had a blast

My first impression wasn’t great. It wasn’t until after I booked and paid for the trip that the owner reached out to let me know it was my responsibility to supply bed sheets and all towels. I thought I had missed that bit of information so I decided to let it go. Turns out, it’s not on the house ad. In the end, we only needed a house for our family to sleep and shower. The owners communicated quickly when I had questions and even asked to use the golf cart prior to check in time. We were very thankful. Another issue was the cleaning staff not leaving more than a quarter of a roll of see-through thin toilet paper in the master bathroom. A half roll was left in the half bathroom. When I messaged the owner for the location of additional rolls, he told me it was my responsibility to supply that as well. This infuriated me since I told him we were basically left with none in the first place for 4 people. Lastly, the golf cart had a flat tire that we had to constantly pump up throughout the weekend. This was communicated to the owners with no effort of making the list of issues right for their renter. I was all around disappointed with the house, staff, and owners. We will not be visiting again and I hope this post helps future renters be more informed.

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay here with our kids. It’s not located in the middle of everything which is good because it’s quieter and not so busy. Having the golf cart was really nice and we enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the porch.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We had a great stay at Ocean Lakes Campground. The little cottage was as described, tidy and comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. I had open communication with the owners from the time I booked the reservation. They were extremely kind and helpful and responded promptly anytime I had a question. They were especially helpful when we had questions after our arrival concerning the golf cart. Including the golf cart in the rental is A MUST!! It was a wonderful convenience and is absolutely necessary at Ocean Lakes. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Quite neighborhood

House was away from the beach so we didn’t have a lot of noise from the golf carts riding around at night. Dryer didn’t dry clothes very good. I cleaned the screen with Dawn soap and warm water and it helped to get the dryer sheet film off the lint screen which helped with drying the clothes . All in all, a great place to stay for a get-away vacation.
