Cozy & Inviting - A Perfect Beach & Golf Getaway!

Lovely cottage with incredible golf views! This Golf Shore Villa is located atop a lofty dune formation overlooking the 9th and 18th fairways of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. It is designed for year-round comfortable, single level vacationing (short-term or months at a time) with just a short bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club and all its amenities.* This quaint villa has an enclosed screened porch which allows you to enjoy breath-taking sunsets from the cozy sunroom year-round. The home is well-maintained and in excellent condition with Pergo floors and Corian counters in the kitchen. Sleeps 6. Equipped with washer/dryer, ceiling fans, wireless internet, A/C, gas grill, beach chairs, beach blankets/towels and outdoor hose (perfect for rinsing your feet or your dog after a fun day at the beach!). Also has fully equipped kitchen including wine fridge, microwave, Keurig and Aeropress, mini-Espresso machine, toaster, mixer, oven and stove top, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

EFFECTIVE January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Owner’s Association (SIPOA) started charging for all gate passes. This cost has been added to your total rental cost as a “parking fee”. If more than one gate pass is needed, please contact the property host.

*Note: Access to/use of the Seabrook Island Club amenities is only available with a Seabrook Island Club Amenity Card. The Card can be purchased at a daily or weekly rate. It allows you access to the Beach Club beachfront and outdoor pools (seasonal), indoor and outdoor dining, the Seabrook Island Shoppe, two challenging golf courses, the Racquet Club, and horseback riding. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage (towel fees may apply). Access to the Lake House facilities can be arranged which include a fitness & training facility (fee applies), library, meeting rooms, indoor pool (fee applies) and outdoor pool, playground, basketball court and more. Information on how to obtain an amenity card will be sent approximately 30 days prior to rental start date.

Great place on Seabrook Island

Perfect place for us (2 adults and active golden retriever). Well-appointed and very comfortable. Great 4-season porch, everything we need in the kitchen, great WiFi and easy parking. Great location in the golf course and short drive or walk to the beach. Easy check-in and very responsive owners.

Great stay in seabrook

Great location, 5 min drive from beach access. Condo was very well kept and had every amenity you could imagine, which made preparing meals as easy as if it was in our kitchen at home.

Very nice and clean

The property was just as it was listed. Very nice and clean. Plenty of towels. The sunroom was really nice to have the extra space to keep our dogs. We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner of the property was extremely responsive at getting it fixed.

Perfect beach getaway

This place was great for an escape to the beach. The property was nice and relaxing with great views of the golf course and sunset. We enjoyed renting bikes to explore all that Seabrook has to offer. Unfortunately the club had no dining availability for our entire stay but the restaurants near the marina were very good and just a quick drive away.

Back for a second time!

We love staying here! Hosts are communicative and fast responders. The island is serene and very hospitable to short term renters like us. Bike rentals and amenity cards to use the pool house etc is easy to navigate. We hope to come back again next year!

Very Nice

We really enjoyed our stay. We had never been to Seabrook, and we enjoyed it so much. We rented bikes which helped when we wanted to go to different places at the same time. The house was very cute, well decorated, and had everything we needed.the kitchen was great with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Relaxing and lovely!

This was such a clean and comfortable place to stay! The air-conditioned sunroom overlooking the golf course was our favorite spot for family games and book reading. The short drive to the beach was easy - biking to the beach would be fun with older children, but not very safe for young kids since there aren't any sidewalks. Thanks for the sharing your lovely home!

We love our first visit to Seabrook!

We enjoyed the property - it was spacious and really cute! It was older but super clean and well stocked. The only minor complaint I have is that I told my husband he could leave our beach chairs behind because the information said they were provided. There were chairs but they weren’t designed for the beach and were too heavy and hard to open and close. I’ll just rent or bring my own in the future. We really enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island!

Excellent property!!!

We had a wonderful visit with family and enjoyed our trip to the island!!! This property was very well equipped with everything we needed and items we would have never expected. Here's an example, the light bulf went out on the master bedside table. They had extra bulbs in the hall closet. Seems like a little thing, but for this nighttime reader, a necessity. We loved it and will definitely be back. Specifically, its' location is perfect! A very short walk to the beach and fishing, excellent views of the course, quiet setting, sweet neighbors, super clean, great beds and linens, spacious... I could go on, but you get the idea. You will enjoy your visit if you pick this home.

Great family beach island.

Great family beach island. Lots of people biking, walking, and using golf carts. If you plan to rent a golf cart, make sure you get one early because they were all sold out from Lightning Bugz 3-4 weeks prior to our inquiry. The houses on the island were beautiful for sightseeing and the ambience of the island was spectacular with the angel oak trees and Spanish moss hanging all over the branches. We saw a baby alligator cross the road, white egrets, fiddler crabs, caught blue claws, and saw dolphins pass by while on the beach. Went on the beach on the Edisto River side and ocean side. Ocean side was amazing with white sand, great waves for boogie boards and awesome breeze. Edisto River side was ok, nice to look at the boats and island on the opposite side, but sand was not as nice, less breeze and not as many waves for the boogie board. House was nice, comfortable bed and bedding, nice oscillating fans in bedrooms, plenty of dishes and pots/pans. There were two boogie boards and some chairs and an umbrella in shed for guests to use. Plan on bringing and cooking your own food though, food at the restaurants and surrounding areas were overpriced and blah. We made clams and linguini with shrimp, seafood paella and market fish with sweet potatoes and broccoli. Much more satisfying than the food offered at the restaurants. The pool overlooking the ocean was cool, beautiful views and breezes. If you plan on seeing the dolphins make sure you plan time for a 30+ minute walk on the beach. It is quite a hike and dolphin strand feeding is not guaranteed. We were not able to make the hike this trip but hope to return and make the hike out.

This place was just as advertised! Wonderful and inviting, clean and comfortable. Great location, too! Kim was a great host and she answered all of my questions immediately! My family had a wonderful first visit to Seabrook! We will definitely be back!!
