The Garden Beach House is a cozy PET FRIENDLY 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet area only 5 min drive to the beach. SLEEPS 7 Max. The house features a full kitchen, grill area, dining & living space perfect for a family or group of friends vacationing together. The garden produces a variety of herbs, fruits & vegetables throughout the year for your enjoyment.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES.
This property is available to members of "World Away Club, PMA - A Private Membership Association" only.

Private parking. PET FRIENDLY (Non-refundable fee). Wifi. TV in each room with Netflix.
Living/Dining Room: cathedral ceiling, large screen tv, local channels, fireplace, seating areas & dining table for 6.
Master Bedroom: Master bathroom, King bed that inclines, computer desk, full size dresser & walk-in closet.
Bedrooms: Queen bed, Daybed w/Trundle Bed, & closet space.
Twin size air mattress is available upon request to sleep the 7th person.
All bedding & bath linens are of hotel quality along with fluffy pillows to make a perfect stay.
Fully equipped kitchen; breakfast island, coffee maker, blender, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher & full size fridge.
Large, air conditioned Florida room; Mix a drink, soak in the hot tub, or relax in the giant bean bag chair while overlooking the garden
Backyard: Private, tall fence, PET FRIENDLY, gas grill, pergola & swing, solar shade seating area, & a lush garden which provides herbs, fruits, & vegetables for your gourmet enjoyment.
Beach cruisers, chairs, cooler & wagon are provided for that day spent by the water! Conveniently close to the Mayport Naval Station & The Mayport ferry. Many outdoor activities are within walking or biking distance to Hannah Park, Dutton Island, & Atlantic Beach. 5 min drive to live music, bars, restaurants, and ice cream. Walking distance to a neighborhood playground & dog park for the kids & pets. Garden services are included: 1x per week the yard, hot tub, & garden maintenance is performed. Weekly, biweekly or monthly extra house cleaning services available with extra fees upon request.

Perfect beach house

This home was perfect for our extended stay. The home, location, amenities, attention to detail, zen garden as well as proximity to the beaches was absolutely what we needed. Juliana, her mom and her husband Mike were not only friendly and accessible but they took extra care to provide details that most VRBO’s don’t. Upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in addition to dog amenities for our toy poodle. They even provided water bottles by our bedside and toiletries in case we forgot ours. They left a binder with things to do and places to eat. That certainly was an added touch. We loved the beautiful garden and the scent of jasmine anytime we went outside. It was very well maintained and I enjoyed discussing gardening with Juliana’s mom. She was so sweet and gave me a bottle of freshly dried rosemary from her garden to bring back home. They were available anytime we needed something and were super friendly. I can’t say enough about this home and service. I highly recommend it if you want to get away but still have a homey feel.

Exactly as listed.

My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks. The home was exactly as listed. The owners were wonderful and the communication was excellent. The location was just minutes away from everything we needed, the beach, the store...etc. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you could imagine. We could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this place for long term stays as well as short term stays.

Perfect Beach House

Well cared for home with everything you would need during your stay. Quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

A Quiet Retreat

Thank you to Juliana and Elizabeth for creating this very pleasant retreat. It was just the right amount of space for Jack dog and me. I enjoyed the amenities provided, the lovely bedding, comfortable living space, and the delightful patio fenced- in garden. These hostesses considered all the needs a guest might wish for and contacted me frequently to check on my comfort. During the week, Jack and I would drive the short distance in the mornings and evenings to walk the beach: so beautiful. On the week-ends, Daughter Laura and Emma dog would join us. Laura and I enjoyed exploring the variety of eateries in the Atlantic Beach town center. Thank you for providing this lovely venue for us to enjoy.

Book this one!

We lived here for the month of March and it was wonderful. The location was so convenient. Went into Jacksonville a few times (Icemen, Cummer Gardens, Art Walk, RAM, River & Post for the view). Did day trips to St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach and Talbot Island. Golfed and fished. Went to TPC. Enjoyed the many fantastic restaurants too...especially the fish camps! (Palm FC, Clark’s FC, North Beach FC and Safe Harbor in Mayport) Lots of great microbrews in the JAX area, including Reve’s which we could walk to. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean with plush towels, comfortable beds and hot water. Everything we needed was there and the host was very responsive and welcoming. Two bikes were included and we used them a lot. Rode almost daily to one of the two preserves within 1 mile, or to the beach or Atlantic Beach Town Center (less than 2 miles). Also did longer bike rides...north to Hanna Park...south to Jax Beach. The backyard garden was the perfect place to grill and to relax with a book on the swing or Adirondack chairs. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to feel at home while they are on vacation.
