The home features an upper-level bedrooms, washer and dryer on same level as bedrooms and two gated side yards. It includes a full-size kitchen, two king size beds, one queen size bed, and two quaint side yards. Lots of parking for a boat.

Last minute CDA get-away

Very nice property with all the amenities. Not much of a yard, but space set up nicely to grill & enjoy eating outdoors. 5 minute drive to downtown- about a 20 minute walk. I would stay there again. Tracy was very communicative & helpful through booking and our stay.

quiet location convenient to downtown

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. Easy to access. Lot's of on street parking with room for our boat/trailer.

Exactly as pictured

We enjoyed our trip in CDA in part to the central, convenient location at this property! We were able to walk to breakfast and evening drinks. I was hopeful the home would be a little cozier than pictured, but it is indeed exactly as listed with little finishing touches or decor. It was fairly clean, but the floors could certainly have used a more thorough vacuuming. The beds and bedding were lovely and the couch comfy. I'd suggest more lighting in the living room for evening reading and to do things like remove the plastic covers on the bedside lamps to make the home feel more polished. Really appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Easy street parking right out front was great for constantly loading little kids into the car. Thanks for the stay!

Across the road from the cemetery

I contacted the the property manager a few times about the procures to enter the property and was told I would not be supplied that information until the day of arrival . On the day we were arrival we were traveling so we couldnt get the information until we arrived at the airport. We arrived at the house with the information in hand and followed the directions and as it turned out it was the last 4 digits of the account telephone number . However it never worked, we are a family of 4 with 19 and 17 year old. Everyone was tired from traveling and everyone tried in frustration to get in . We emailed the manager with no telephone number . Told her we can’t get in, she came to the property said it had been a busy days and set the code in front of us . So why not give me the code until the day of ? It’s my personal telephone. Finally we get in, as soon as we opened the door, things didn’t seem right . For example there are no decorations, there are no pictures on The walls, there is nothing in the house accept for a bed in the bedroom and a side lamp. In The living room there is 2 couches and a coffee house table . There was a tiny tv wall screen on the wall downstairs for television. I would say it’s $100 dollar screen . This home isn’t someone’s vacation home. This is how we travel . We own a VRBO in Utah Which is our second home . It was completely devoid of anything. We were told by the manager that the 2 car garage is not accessible to us to park on the street . She also said make sure you don’t park anywhere accept for exactly in front of the home because the next door neighbor gets a little upset if you park in front of here home even though she has her own 2 car garage. We immediately didn’t feel comfortable being accross the road to a cemetery? . This was a vacation we were looking forward too. The location isn’t close to down town . The family decided they didn’t want to Stay there . This would be the first time Ever we have called around find alternative accommodate and left within and hour . It was so bad we where anxious to find alternatives which Which we ended up moving into a hotel room . The next morning I sent an email to the manager letting her know that we where really not happy with the accommodations and parking and cemetery, and we vacated the property. We asked for a refund of some sort. She never responded. I would not recommend this location and this home for this price . We ended up at the CDA resort for $500 a night same

Lovely Getaway in CDA

Very tidy, clean house in great location. Kitchen is well stocked making meal prep a breeze. Nice beds, sheets and towels. Easy walking neighborhood. 2 full bathrooms and 1/2. Would certainly consider for our next trip.

Very nice house, very clean, nice new appliances , nicely furnished and decorated!

The Hosts were wonderful, and very helpful, every thing needed was supplied and more! Lovely property, very clean, everything new, beautifully decorated, very welcoming!! Nice neighborhood, we were thrilled, and the kids are begging to go back again! Excellent!!
