Everything you could ask for in a vacation at this Port Royal's Village House 3rd floor large 2 bedroom 2 bath villa. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach at the Westin Hotel or Hilton Head's Island Beach Park. It is a private quiet building

You’ll be just five minutes from the beach and Islanders Beach Park in this Port Royal Village condo. The villa overlooks a peaceful lush property, and right off your living room and master bedroom you have a large shaded deck. What a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You’ll discover the best of Island vacationing when you stay at this 3rd floor villa Village House in Port Royal Village on Hilton Head Island for the perfect beach or golf vacation.
The open floor plan living area has beach theme comfortable furniture and a large dining table for family or friends to gather. There is a private balcony deck with a table for outdoor eating.
This spacious villa has a nice sized private master bedroom with a king bed, a dressing area, and a large balcony deck to relax on. The 2nd bedroom features 1 king bed, and a beautiful remodeled bath and dressing area.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a microwave. Tucked away in the entryway to the bedroom is a closet with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer. This laundry closet makes it easy to keep your group in clean clothes throughout your stay on the Island.
The building is top notch with a lovely welcoming foyer and elevators to get to the villa.
You are just minutes away from top notch golf and tennis in Port Royal Plantation. There is a community pool in Port Royal Village directly across the street from our building. There are some of the best water front seafood restaurants just a short ride away. Hilton Head offers over 50+ miles of biking trails or beach riding for your enjoyment.

Welcome back to Hilton head

Have been traveling to Hilton head as a young girl . We took 5 years off and came back , loved the size , location, quietness of beach , managers were extremely friendly and helpful , would book again .

Hurricane Debby

Unfortunately, Hurricane Debby paid a visit to Hilton Head the same week; however, the property was great. Very clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. I will definitely consider this property on my next trip.

Very clean and great for a family - conveniently located and close walk to beach - fyi: if you decide to drive to Island Beach Park be prepared to pay the meter in quarters … a dollar per hour

Nice Location

Building and grounds are clean and well kept. The condo was well appointed and clean. Location gives easy walking access to the beach and several golf courses.

The property is nothing but the best and the location is beautiful. We was greeted with a clean, refreshing, adorable and peaceful atmosphere. Golf Tournament

We played in a 2-day event at Port Royal Plantation, Robber’s Row and Barony. It was so close and convenient to stay at Village House. We were 5 women. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, amenities were great. Outside patio was perfect for our morning coffee. Dining table was large enough for all of us.

Port Royal Bliss

The property was as advertised. Very comfy bed and furniture.Kitchen equipped well with a nice coffee kcup machine. Tvs big and nice sound. 2 balconies. elevator in property for easy up and down. plenty of easy parking . Easy walk to The westin and the beach and 2 golf courses Barony and Robbers Row. i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
