ARCACHON, WINTER CITY – 800 M FROM THE CITY CENTER AND 1 KM FROM THE BEACH!
Imbued with the historical and architectural atmosphere of the Winter Town district, where the most beautiful Arcachon residences are located, discover the T3 apartment called “Le Chêne”. Located on the garden level of a superb villa, this space of approximately 70 m² can accommodate up to 6 people and has a private terrace as well as a parking space.
The living space consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm sofa bed) and a television, as well as a dining room facing west. The separate and fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of having meals and gives access to the outside. A corridor leads to a bathroom and separate toilet, while two semi-buried bedrooms, both facing east, each offer a 140 cm bed, as well as a cupboard or wardrobe.
Enjoy the tranquility of the private terrace, surrounded by greenery, to relax. One parking space is available, with the possibility of free street parking if necessary.
The apartment is carefully equipped, including roll-up mosquito nets on the windows, and is easy to maintain. A shared laundry room with the adjoining apartment (T2: 1 bedroom / 4 beds, reference 243) is available.
Animals are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented via our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay (from €50 to €300 depending on the rental), available at an additional cost.
