Warm, new apartment ideally located in the heart of the village. Located on the first floor of a new residence with elevator, it offers modern comfort in a cosy atmosphere. Private parking and a ski locker are available, perfect for a practical stay in the mountains. Just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and ski lifts, this little cocoon is ideal for car-free enjoyment of resort life.

- Living room with kitchen, easy open double sofa bed, TV, and balcony access.
- Bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and wardrobe (the upper bed may not be used)
- Shower room with basin, shower, towel rail, and WC (with washing machine)

Equipped kitchen with built-in microwave and oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, and washing machine. Wi-Fi.
OTHER FACILITIES:
1 parking space
1 ski locker on level -1, bike room storage at -1 level (bring a lock)
SUMMER AND WINTER SERVICES INCLUDED:
End-of-stay clean, household linens (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover), towels and bath mat.
