When you visit Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley, you'll have a great time staying in our luxurious 2,500-square-foot Cornerstone Townhome! Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road, this beautiful and brand new townhome is less than a quarter-mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short ride on the free city bus, a quick three minutes when driving by car, or a 10-minute walk up the hill! You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in our heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the summer.

Upon entering our home you will marvel at the attention to detail in everything from the distressed wide-plank wood flooring to the hand-hewn log railings and warm hues from the custom-designed rooms. After you remove your shoes in the slate entryway and hang your coat, you enter the first of two living rooms where you will spend your evening discussing the day’s adventures in front of the large rock fireplace while relaxing on the fine leather furniture. The open floor plan on the first level allows you to move freely among the kitchen, the dining area, and extra-large living room with high 10 foot ceilings and plenty of windows framing the beautiful Yampa Valley! The fully equipped kitchen will be a welcome sight for the cook in your family and includes custom slate flooring, slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with bar seating.

When your meal is complete, your group is free to watch a movie or catch the big game on the flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the main living room. You are also free to finish that favorite novel or plan the next day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. You can even send the kids upstairs to the second living room where they can be entertained with their own TV and DVD player. If you need to check up on work during your stay, there is Free WiFi access, so you can easily knock out those last-minute projects.

After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the main bedroom suite includes a vaulted ceiling and a private bathroom featuring slab granite counters and a stone floor, plus a separate shower crafted from granite and enclosed with a 6-foot glass door. Or, perhaps you would like to soak your sore muscles in one of the two hot tubs while watching the stars in the clear sky, and take advantage of the heated changing rooms to dry off! The second main bedroom includes a private full bath as well, and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids. Additionally, the upstairs living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa with a full bathroom adjacent for a total of three full bathrooms upstairs and one half-bath on the first level.

When you leave, our goal is to have you dreaming about the days spent exploring Steamboat’s mountains and valleys and telling everyone back home how incredible your stay was in our wonderful mountain home! And if you just happen to feel the song of the Yampa Valley calling you back, you will always have a place to stay!

Per our HOA policy, sports teams and/or players are not allowed to stay at the Cornerstone/Moraine Townhomes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
