Within half a mile of the home, you'll find an access point to the ocean beach and the Agnes Creek Trailhead for morning walks. The famous Lincoln City Outlets (one mile), Devil's Lake State Recreation Area (two miles), the Chinook Winds Casino (four miles), and the Salishan Golf Links (six miles) are close by as well.

Exactly as advertised.

We had a great couple of days with 5 adults. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Quick car ride to get to hiking trails and beach access points. Would recommend.

Awesome stay!

This was a great place for our family! Clean, nice beds, Hot tub was perfect! We had a blast. Close to beach and outlets. We would definitely come back! A plus!!

Our stay here was wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the house feels welcoming with bright, beachy colors. I loved the gas stove, hot tub, multiple bedrooms/baths, available standing fans, and how close to the beach it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach access stairs. Amenities were superb! I really wouldn’t change anything. If I had to, I would maybe provide a cooler blanket in the master bedroom as the one provided cooked us out one of the nights. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Not bad for the price

stayed 3 nights for a decent price for a home with a hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t end up using either unfortunately. The home doesn’t regulate temperature very well and uses cadet heaters, the downstairs got extremely warm and we had to open all the windows and front door.

Great space and location

We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone. We were traveling with 3 kids (10,12 and 19) so the game room and hot tub were a huge plus. The neighborhood was great and the ocean view was better than we expected especially with so many windows in this property…plus the windows all open so we could hear the ocean and always had a great breeze throughout the house.

Lovely home

Lovely vacation home. Our family had a great time! The house could use a couple items like pot holders. We were only provided with one trash bag and had to buy more. The trash bin was full upon arrival which was difficult too. Otherwise it was perfect.

House met all our needs

What a great place! Such a central location with views of the beach from the house. Awesome how tub, fireplace, firepit, fun game room and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Couldn’t ask for more!

Girls Weekend Getaway

We came to Lincoln City for a much needed Mama weekend retreat. The house was so cute and clean! The beds are a little hard/stiff but loved the king beds for sharing and size of the house. The hot tub is clean and hot with a very relaxing views. This would also be a perfect house for brining the family too as there is a ton of games and bunks!

Nice weekend getaway

Everything was great. We lost Wi-Fi which sucked because we were using to work remotely and we ended up having to use our hotspot all day. Also remotes or tv weren't working in kids room. Otherwise very enjoyable house.

Coastal bliss

We fully enjoyed our stay at The Turtle Nest! It had everything we needed to complete a wonderful family vacation other than the hot tub. Since the hot tub cover was on & secured with a lock, it’s obvious it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. The keypad entry is overused & took some definite patience to lock & unlock! However these drawbacks didn’t overshadow an otherwise perfect property for our family! We loved everything else about our stay there & would definitely recommend for others considering this location!!

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It had all that we needed and had easy access (short car ride) to the beach. I would have given a higher rating, but on the second night of three, the bed we were sleeping in broke. Fortunately, we were not traveling with others, so we used the spare room for the remainder of the stay. On further inspection, it looked as if the bed frame had been fixed before. May be time to replace it.

Wonderful location.

Wonderful location with a the sound of the waves and view. Dog friendly but limited grass and no fence. It was quite a stormy weekend so we had to cleanup a bit but a cozy fireplace and hot tub. Grill needs to be replaced as it's not clean or functional. Wish the house would have had a few common amenities (salt, pepper, foil, baggies). They clearly remove EVERYTHING except for the dishes so plan accordingly. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and bedding was warm. Would be great for kids but we were just adults and still had fun. I would stay again and likely will soon!

Lovely House

This house is very cute and cozy. The kitchen and all the bathrooms were very clean. The upstairs bunk beds were a huge hit for our kids along with the game room. The back yard fire pit and hot tub were the perfect way to spend our evenings. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows to choose from. The rental binder provided clear instructions on how to use the tvs, WiFi, and the hot tub. The only things that I would encourage the home owners to improve on would be to replace the Keurig with a standard coffee maker, install refillable shampoo/conditioner shower dispensers to remove the waste of hotel-sized single-use products, and to shampoo the kitchen stools' cushions.

Not so much

Arrived to home extremely filthy. Spent 1.5 hours cleaning house. Contacted Vacasa, they were willing to send cleaning company out but it was to late. Home had a dirty feel to it after the clean up. Vacasa was responsive and understanding while trying to resolve. Amenities were mostly accurate. Wouldn’t stay again.

My stay at turtle bay

Very Beautiful Place. It was Supposed to be a trip for myself and 2 others. But My fiends grandson had a siezer and had to leave the first day but I got to enjoy all the amenities this place offered. The hot tub was so amazing. The trails behind the place was calming and my little fur baby loved it. The place had almost everything you could use, linens (even extras),kitchen utensils,dishes,game room,washer and dryer, pretty much everything. I would go back to the same place even. There was a play yard across the street was pretty cool. I couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work called them and they were there in a couple minutes

Not Clean

The property was in ok shape- definitely a vacation home that has been very used. Large stains on the couches were gross. We knew it was a pet friendly home. Which isn't a problem- we are dog owners. I'm not a stranger to dog hair. We didn't bring our dog with us this trip. However- the amount of dog hair at this property was overwhelming. So much so that my allergies were horrible- my eyes burned from the large amounts of hair and dander. The stairs and banister were covered in dog hair and dust. The couch was caked in dog hair and the throw pillows. I did my best to vacuum and wipe down everything. It was still so bad. I'm so glad I checked the Master bed before bedtime- it was covered in black dog hair. The white sheets, and the pillow cases- all covered so we had to do a wash before bed. The vacasa app sent a message to see how check in was and if we needed anything. We told them about the state of the property- A robot response said " ok thanks". It was actually comical. Just be wary if staying at a Vacasa property that getting a human to respond will not be an option. We stayed at an Olivia Beach property-same area -later in the week and the property was SO much cleaner. No dog hair to be seen(a dog friendly property).

Trouble at the Turtle Nest

Im not one to be like this and criticize places that I stay when I travel....I dont think I ever have before. But his place made it hard not too. Start off by saying the fees for cleaning and hot tub were 195 bucks. When I got there, the door code didnt work, on either door. Had to use the backup keys. When I walk in finally after haggling with the door, there is a pile of bird feathers and other debris on the floor in the kitchen that I had to clean up. My daughter then needs to get on the WIFI to finish some homework, but it doesnt work, matter of fact, neither does the TV. The WIFI network name I was given doesnt even come up as an option on the open network list. Through some self troubleshooting, I find that it is all unplugged so I fix that myself. After that, WIFI was good. Fastforward to dinner...going to sit it at the table and I pull out a chair. There's a big mess of dusty, dog-hair mess stuck to the leg of the chair. I clean myself. Go to sleep in the bed that night.....it's rock hard. My back hurts from sleeping in it for two nights. I had to check the breaker box because the power went out and when I open it up, a dead rat attached to a trap falls out and hits my foot. And lasty, the hottub. This hotub had quite a bit of debris in it from the trees, pine needles and suchm which I cleaned myself. But worst was the rash one of my family member got. This is determined by a dcotor to be the cause of the rash, not me making this up. Its called "Hot Tub Rash" and is disgusting. The following is from google: "If contaminated water stays on someone's skin for a long time, it can cause a rash known as “hot tub rash” (Pseudomonas folliculitis). Hot tub rash is caused by the germ Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This germ is commonly found in the environment (for example, in water or soil)." Look up the pictures on google and that is what happened to my spouse and is absolutely disgusting. Make sure you can smell chlorine, as I didnt do and bring your PH level kit to test before you go in, which I also didnt do. I hope that Vacasa takes care of this so that another family doesnt have to go through what mine did. Lastly, I for sure left the house cleaner than it was before I got there, expect for cleaning the hot tub. The chlorine wasnt readily available for me to do so otherwise I would have.

Comfortable & family friendly

Kids loved the bunk beds and game room, there was plenty of space for the family, didn’t love how close all the homes were to one another in the neighborhood or the access to the beach since the roads are so narrow. The internet and living room tv also did not work well, we wanted a chill family movie night which was not accommodating. Other than those, it is a very nice get away with many amenities already there

Nice get away.

Overall the store was wonderful. It was beautiful and cozy. Perfect space for everyone. I was surprised how many dishes there were for cooking. My husband who has to have his tv was very disappointed that it would not remain on. The WiFi kept disconnecting. That’s not a deal breaker for me. Be prepared to turn heat on immediately as none is on. Loved the game room and the bean bags. Perfect place to hang with your family.
