Now allowing 1 night stays Sun - Wed. The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us.

What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

Krissy was an amazing host and this is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay! Krissy was diligent in making sure we had all the information we needed to locate the property and you can tell she puts a lot of time and care into making sure you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The property was beyond clean and very cozy. The views of the lake are beautiful! We recommend staying here for anyone traveling to the Hot Springs area!

Needed Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay. Krissy was an awesome host and great communicator. This lakeside cottage has a great view and is in a conveniently located area that is close to several destinations. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake on this trip, but we definitely will when we come back to stay here again.

WOW! If there were 10 star ratings I would give this owner and property 10 stars in every category! We've stayed in a lot of Vrbo operated properties but this owner is amazing... Her communication is excellent and her hospitality is above and beyond! Every detail in this property has been considered, and when she means she wants you to enjoy your stay, she makes it all possible! The location is beautiful, the views are better than the pictures look. If I could buy that cottage tomorrow I would, exactly as it is!

Beautiful place!! Love it!!

This cottage by the lake is perfect! Nicely decorated with beautiful views! The host, Krissy was extremely nice and checked on us often to see if we needed anything and to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had an awesome time and will definitely come back to visit this gorgeous place! Thank you for a wonderful time, we really enjoyed it!

Sweet, Cozy Cottage on the Lake

My husband and I loved staying here. The host, Krissy, is so hospitable and kind. The cottage was clean, cozy and decorated for Christmas. Loved it! Restaurants and shopping are only about 5 miles away. We went in November so the trees and foliage were changing, which is my favorite time of year. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐

Book it!!

STOP searching and book this cozy peaceful cottage with a beautiful view! You will not be disappointed. The host has gone out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need. We were recently here for Thanksgiving. The host even gave us plenty of options of where we could dine out Thanksgiving. Great location. I would absolutely come back here to stay!

Bluebird Cottage

Absolutely precious cottage. Close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. Krissy has done an amazing job making sure you have everything you need. Our family was able to enjoy the bluebirds feeding their hatchlings from the master bedroom window. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake where we witnessed a double rainbow. We will be back!

Birthday Weekend

This was a last minute trip for my 61st birthday. Krissy’s cottage caught my eye. It was even better in person. Cozy with a gorgeous view. I was up earlier than my daughter and granddaughter and enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and taking in the sounds of the lake, the birds, and the geese. We all loved the cottage! Hopefully we will return! Loved Hot Springs as well!

Moms and Daughters Outing

This was our base for a college preview day and a Hot Springs visit. Waaaay better than a hotel stay. In fact it would be up there as one of my favorite rentals! Perfect for our group of 4. As soon as you step through the door, you look ahead through a huge picture window at the beautiful lake view from a very open main level room. Morning coffee on the deck, snacks for 2 teens while watching late night movie
 cozy, cute, and comfortable nestled in a quiet community. It’s on my “visit again” list. Owner was very keen on details and reached out to us to make sure all was well. Recommend ;) (there are stairs to navigate if that is an issue)

This Cottage has a spectacular view of the lake and every square inch of the property is detailed with love! The kitchen is beautifully stocked, the furniture is new and comfortable, the sheets and mattresses are unbelievable, and the deck is private.

The house was great but what really stood out was the host. I stay at VRBOs all the time and this was by far the best host ever! The communication was above and beyond, but what made this extraordinary was the service. My family was arriving at 1am so she stocked the fridge with some staples since she knew they would be getting in too late to go to the store. So appreciated!!! She also does not require any clean up/stripping beds/etc for check out. The house itself was super cute and clean and the view was incredible! I would definitely stay here again!

I knew the moment I saw this listing I had to have it! It's been a wonderful process making small changes to personalize the space. It just feels like you are supposed to be there from the minute you enter the front door.

A cottage built in the 1940's that still possesses the charm of the era with a few updates to make your time there a little more enjoyable. It's a small square footage packing a lot of great space to relax and unwind. It's located in a quiet, older complex on "cottage row." View the stars from the deck, listen to the crickets or just admire the calm waters! It's a great place to recharge your mental health and breath!
