The codo had very comfortable furniture and beds and all rooms were decorated very pretty.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was walking distance to the lake and town. The condo also had ping pong in the garage and paddle boards to play on in the lake..Our family had a wonderful tme while staying there and hope to stay there again. Thr Leader family

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Condo was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Kids enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and ping pong table. Brandi was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Place!

Very clean, quiet, close-in location to McCall. Comfortable and home like. We had a peaceful, restful vacation there. Appreciate that the host, Brandi checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. A very nice place!

Beautiful stay in McCall

We have stayed at many properties in McCall over the years and this was our favorite yet. Brandi made check-in a breeze and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The place was clean and well outfitted. We especially enjoyed the kids kayaks and the SUPs. The beds were comfortable and the decor was calming and inviting. We loved our stay and hope to be back again!

Winter fun in McCall!

Brandi's home is amazing! We can't wait to come back again and enjoy McCall and Brundage staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen and great room were wonderful places to gather and have fun! There is ample room in all of the bedrooms and the attention to detail and decor was perfect. Oh and the kitchen is fully stocked with any and all appliances to make wonderful meals. Perfect home and location

If you want the ease of a home that has everything for a fun filled vacation in McCall choose this one. Easy access to the beach, downtown McCall and the bike and walking paths made this home a perfect match for a week of fun and family connection. The host made checking in and out a breeze. Beautiful property and wonderful host!

We booked this property for a girls weekend getaway for Winter Carnival and this home was perfect in every way! Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice linens! Can not say anything negative at all. We were able to walk easily to downtown. One of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed at and we rent them often. Brandi was wonderful, check in was easy, she answered any questions we had promptly. This home will not disappoint!

5-Star experience at every level

Everything was well cared for and in perfect condition. The beds were very comfortable. We were less than 2 minutes from downtown McCall, but it was so quiet and peaceful, it felt like we were deep in the woods! PHENOMENAL!

We absolutely fell in love with this property! In fact, it is our new favorite place to stay! The location is perfect...super close to the lake and downtown. The home is beautiful...so clean and well-maintained. Very spacious and beautifully furnished. The decor is tasteful and timeless. We loved that there was a king bed in every room (something that's hard to find)! The master bath is incredible! The kitchen well appointed. Above all Brandi is such a gracious host. So organized and thoughtful with lots of attention paid to even the smallest of details. We loved finding the welcome gift when we arrived! Thank you so much Brandi! We truly loved our experience and can't wait to stay again!

Perfect family getaway

We just ended our multigenerational family getaway and cannot say enough great things about this vacation home. Communication and ease of access was top notch. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the well stocked game/book closet which kept the kids entertained. My parents loved the kitchen which had everything we needed. I loved the sheets and towels which were so soft! Ping pong tournaments in the heated garage kept us entertained on rainy afternoons and although it wasn’t warm enough to get to the beach, I loved discovering the home had beach towels, sand toys, balls, and beach chairs in addition to the stand up paddle boards. We were a quick 8 minute walk to the coffee shop and restaurants. The only thing not mentioned in the posting was that the house has just been completely remodeled which was an unexpected surprise. This homeowner has thought of absolutely everything. You will not be disappointed and we would absolutely stay here again.

Checks ALL the boxes for a vacation rental in McCall!

Tranquil Waters really does check all the boxes. I have traveled with large family groups often using vacation rentals and I feel this property is the best we've ever stayed in. This is based on the accuracy of photos, location, and most importantly the amenities and communication from the host. The home is so well-appointed with everything you need to cook, enjoy the outdoors, furnishings, and have fun. There was even a game closet! We added a new puzzle to the mix. My family spent Christmas to New Years Day and definitely comfortably filled the living room with a crowd of family members as we prepared our favorite meals and watched college football. During the snowy days most of our crew headed to Brundage to ski and I can say even though we got a lot of snow the roads, driveway, sidewalks were very well maintained. I also loved that the garage was a great landing pad to leave the ski gear. In short, just book the trip and stay at Tranquil Waters. Our family is already ready to come back and enjoy the lake in the Summer.

Highest Recommendation

I normally don't leave reviews unless my experience is either really good or really bad. In this case, our experience was excellent. The owners/managers are extremely well organized and communicative throughout. This well-maintained property (near the marina) is gorgeous - extremely clean with excellent furnishings, comfortable beds. The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked with new appliances and tableware. The kitchen table is large and high quality. I have never seen a rental property with such a complete selection of spices. There are two balconies, one with a table, the other with a grill. The WiFi and TV worked very well. Laundry room has high quality washer/dryer, very convenient. The master bathroom is large and luxurious. The other two bathrooms are also nice, new, clean. Lots of high quality linens, including beach towels are provided. All the bedrooms and beds are great. The air conditioning worked well - which is hard to find and sometimes nice to have in McCall. The garage is repurposed as a game room with ping pong and foosball tables and extra refrigerator. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are available for guests. The owners are warm and thoughtful; they left a really nice gift upon our arrival with high quality coffee and chocolates. I have rented many VRBO houses in McCall. You will not find a nicer, cleaner, more comfortable and well stocked VRBO. And you will not find more gracious hosts. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous family weekend getaway

Every single piece of our stay was fantastic! From the smooth booking, check in and check out, it was set covered. The place was beautiful, spacious for us and within walking distance to town. Any communication with our host was met promptly and with such kindness. Definitely a weekend to remember fir our family. We plan to book here again!

I have been coming to McCall my whole life, and it has a special place in my heart. I dreamed of owning my own place to enjoy and share with others. I pride myself on providing one of the most beautiful vacation rental properties in McCall and top-notch customer service for my guests.

The location can't be beat! We are located in the heart of town with all in-town amenities just a short walk away. The gorgeous scenery and open spaces around the townhome make you forget you are in town. Enjoy the 100’ tall Ponderosa Pines and mature Aspen trees and say hello to our friendly deer and other wildlife that frequent the property on a near-daily basis. It’s the perfect getaway year-round to unplug, unwind and connect with your family and friends!

Entertainment: WI-FI is provided by Sparklight, and there is excellent connectivity throughout the townhome. TVs with Roku devices are provided throughout the home including the Great Room, the upstairs master bedroom, and both downstairs bedrooms. Don’t forget to bring your logins to access all your favorite apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.)

Parking/Garage: Guests may park one vehicle inside the garage. Another vehicle may be parked on the driveway, and one additional vehicle may be parked on the street adjacent to the driveway. There is overflow guest parking available at the end of the dead-end cul-de-sac.

Guests are encouraged to store all recreational equipment including bikes, skis, golf clubs, snowboards, etc. inside the garage, as these items are not allowed inside the property.

Additional Amenities: For summer guests, beach equipment and supplies are included with your reservation, including the following: 2 stand up paddle boards, a full-size 2-person adult kayak, 2 kids kayaks, youth/adult life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand buckets/toys and beach towels.
