This pretty 28 mÂČ studio is ideally located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room with television and sofa, folding bed for 2 people, opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hobs, oven, top fridge, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
You will find an alcove with two 160 cm bunk beds.
Shower room with shower, sink, mirror and separate toilet.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.
Optional + services at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
Deposit 260 euros (credit card imprint).

Renowned for its sulphurous, chlorinated and iodized waters, Eaux-Bonnes, 15 minutes from Gourette by car, is being revitalized with the creation of a thermal-fun area with unique architecture.
