There is a bus stop right in front of the house and the U-Bahn Sankt Josephsplatz and Theresesienstrasse are a few minutes walking distance. On the nearby Josephsplatz you can find a wide range of local and international specialties. The image of the quarter is rounded off by the monumental buildings on Max-Josephs-Platz (especially the Bavarian State Opera and Residenz) and the picturesque Hofgarten of the Residenz, which directly connects the old town with the southernmost part of the English Garden.
