Fun three days

Excellent location. Five minutes from everything.Older property but in good shape.Owner is excellent to work with.Lots of stairs so that is a drawback for older folks.Overall, very good.

Nice quiet spot

My wife and I stayed here for a short fall beach weekend. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded. The place was on good condition and way better than staying at one of those giant multi-unit condo buildings.

Girls Getaway

Location, Location, Location! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great showers. The views are incredible and just steps from the water. The townhouse is older and needs privacy curtains or blinds on the main level. Need a way to lock the unit from the deck when on the beach. Would definitely book again.

The perfect private beach spot

The house was clean and beautiful. The best part was the private beach that is literally in the back yard. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and floats on the property for guests so we didn’t have to go out and buy stuff and then travel with it. This will always be our go to spot.

Easy get away

Fun little townhouse with a great location. Easy walk to a private beach and well furnished. Ikes Beach Service provides rental service for chairs and umbrellas. Recommend some type of window coverings for the kitchen and living room for more privacy. Would stay here again.

5 minute walk from The Crab Trap and 15 min from Florabama!!

We've been coming to the area for over 20 years, we love florabama and must stay within walking distance. Beach was great, only a few people in this location so it was private and had a great time. The beach and location is awesome, house was great, host was great, trip was great

Great location and amenities

House and location were great, everything was clean and tidy, and we had all the amenities advertised and more. It was so nice not having to strap down beach chairs and tent and drive them. We would rent again for sure.

Great Location

Our family was looking for a place to stay with great beach access and away from the crowded beaches. This was the perfect place, close to restaurants and steps away from the beach. Even on a holiday the beach had plenty of space and was not crowded. Added bonus were the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available to use. Saved a bunch of packing space in our car!

So easy to walk to Florabama!

This place is great, we had a group of girls for a bachelorette party! Ariel gave great suggestions of things to do besides the beach for the one rainy day. But we stayed at the beach the other days, it was great, no one was close to us or bothered us. We were able to have fun!!! Also, super easy to walk to Florabama!!! We will be back!

House was clean, and beautiful. We really had the beach to ourselves, one other family was there during our stay. Ariel was great to communicate and had everything we could possibly need, will definitely return!

Great Location! Needs some TLC.

First I want to start by saying that our original vacation booking at a different property was cancelled last minute due to a maintenance issue and we had to book something fast, within two days, for our vacation. This townhouse seemed overpriced but we had very limited choices. The winning parts of this townhouse are the location, steps to the beach, and quick drive to busier spots like Orange Beach or Pensacola. (It's a mile walk to Florabama restaurant, 15-20 minutes) The unit itself is old and needs some work. The sliding glass door on the main living floor is a torn rotator cuff waiting to happen it was so hard to open and close. Several windows are hazy and can't really see through to the beach in the master. There is an overall musty smell that can be overwhelming. The cabinets in the kitchen also emit a weird smell. To lock the sliding glass door and then walk from the front door to the beach requires a walk down an unkempt/uneven alley at the side of the unit. I guess if you are okay leaving doors unlocked it isn't an issue. At several different times of day the air vents would condensate and drip randomly. My kids slept in the room on the road side and they said it was really loud. Basically the price we paid per night was not reflected in the actual townhouse but in the location and closeness to the beach. We wanted to be on a less busy part of the beach and it did deliver that. The owner was communicative about ice maker/water in fridge issues.

Weekend Getaway

Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.

Perfect location and Stay

This truly is a private beach! We had the best trip. Everything was as described in the listing, nothing was lacking! We enjoyed the dolphins playing every morning and the schools of manta rays that came through in the evenings. Great location! We’ll be back

Quiet townhome in a great location

Enjoyed a stay over spring break with a family of 4. Comfortable and well equipped townhome in a quiet location. Description is accurate, and met our expectations. Very pleased with the comfort of the beds, furnishings, and linens. Kitchen well appointed with pretty much all you need. Great to have a washer and dryer too. Recommended for anyone wanting a moderately priced place in a great location - right on the beach. Would book again without a doubt.

Beautiful views

Location is super nice, with close proximity to some restaurant options, with actual beach locatio pretty secluded and private. Unit is good with plenty of space. Was convenient to park right in front of the unit. The deck is right next to neighbors deck, but we enjoyed some conversation with them and was not always outside at the same time. Stairs down from back deck and path leading to beach was very convenient. Overall unit was suitable for our needs.
