Short Getaway

Location was perfect and the right size for us. Kitchen was well stocked and had a grill available. Only thing bad I would say is inconsistent water pressure and temperature.

The cabin was a little bit smaller than expected, it wasn’t very good clean on certain areas , the bathtub get clogged every time we use it , I had to use the plunger and a lack of cleaning products was a problem

Good enough for the weekend

Honeybear Haven was cute, and it worked for my husband and I
we were just in the area for the weekend and we were really only at the cabin to sleep. The downstairs TV remote didn’t work, the couch had seen better days, and the extra blanket I used to cover up while sitting down stairs had a weird smell to it. If it were a place we spent more time at during the day or more nights in general I would have been more bothered
but it worked for our quick trip. Also, the road leading to the cabin was pretty rough
we got through it but just beware if you have any low riding cars or nice vehicles.

Overall our visit was okay

Our experience was okay. The road up to the cabin needs a few repairs as it has a lot of potholes. The cabin itself was dusty. The shower drains needs to be cleaned out. Shortly after I started the water the tub would fill with water and my entire shower I had to stand in like an inch or two of water. Unless I stopped the water and let it all drain out before turning the water on again and departing this throughout my entire shower.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at Tanglewood cabin rentals. Don't believe we would stay anywhere else also said good by to my Uncle and enjoyed seeing family members as well. We give it 5 stars

The cabin was cozy, the view was beautiful, and the staff was friendly as always. I’ve always enjoyed vacationing with Tanglewood Cabins ever since I was little, it makes me so happy to continue vacationing with them in my adulthood!

Everything we were looking for

The only downside was that the peace and quiet we were looking for was disrupted by other guest. I guess they do not realize that sounds travel and we can hear their conversations all day long.

Quiet place in the woods

I would’ve enjoyed it more if my son and his family could’ve come over for a cookout and camp fire. In the agreement I signed it says no reunions or parties . I had to go to my sons house in Buford to have a cookout. Other than that the interior of the cabin is ok a bit out dated but will suffice. Outsides of cabins need cleaning and staining .

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We came for the weekend for our yearly weekend trip and it was prefect! We arrived really late so it was a little harder to find in the dark, but once we knew where we were going, it was easy! We were not too close, but not too far from Helen. The cabin was super clean and just prefect for us for the weekend! We had a really good time and can’t wait to come back when more of our family can attend!
