Great location for a large group

From the time we checked in to check out, the house met our expectations for a large group. This was a great location for walking and relaxing with family. We did contact the property manager for an issue with the heat, and it was resolved within minutes. The house was laid out for a group to be very comfortable, and the activities locally filled the weekend.

Good experience

Went for a weekend away with friends. Plenty of space for all of us. Property manager was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for big groups. Community is very friendly as well.

Nice property and location

The house was laid out nice Comfortable leather furniture nice dining table for eating as well as game playing The “kids” room was awesome. Beds were comfortable There was enough room either upstairs or down to spread out comfortably Only thing that was missing was an outside fire ring or inside fire place Would definitely come again Ps owner was very responsive to text Instructions were clear and accurate

Great place (with minor challenges)

Fantastic place for our big group of 6 kids and 7 adults. Ample beds, great spaces (upstairs, downstairs, porch). Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, and beach (10 min walk). Kitchen well-equipped (although low on forks and glasses, and 2 burners wouldn't light). Would definitely return. Owners were very helpful & kind. (But forgot to send check-in instructions, and didn't respond for many hours on day 2.) Community limit of 8 wristbands was annoying, though they only checked on the weekend. Photos show a yard space, but we couldn't use it because the grass was 18 inches high.

Family Fun Week

This property had ample space for the 10 of us to move around in without bumping into each other. The pool table was a hit as well as the hot tub. We enjoyed seeing the dear roam on the property as well as in the neighborhood. The beach was closed due to high bacteria readings & the pool was very cold. The location was convenient to outside activities such as: rafting, zip line, escape room, train ride, hiking to a waterfall, miniature golf and the boulder field. There were some maintenance issues to be discussed with the owner. Everyone had a good time. The riser height on the inside stairs were challenging for seniors and our preschooler.

Family getaway

This is a beautiful property to stay at, spacious no one was on top of each others. Just looking at the surface it looked clean but ....it wasnt they were crumbs and coffee grains on the counter. The beginning they were concerns about cleaning, which was addressed by the owners. My recommendation would be that they have their cleaners do a general cleaning once a month meaning walls and corners. Place was and is very dusty especially if you suffer from allergy. That would resolve the issues. We were celebrating my dad 70th birthday, we had a fabulous time in the end. I would recommend if they address the issue with their cleaners. The host Renu was prompt with her text messages and responses.

Rooms and space were clean. Kitchen was great and perfect for hosting a group of 8. Loved the game room and hot tub. Hot tub could have been more clean. Air conditioner upstairs in living room did not work. AC system was difficult to work.

Friends weekend

We had an amazing stay with our 10 friends and us. The house was beautiful and had all you could need! We loved the hot tub and easy walk to the lake! Our trip was amazing!

Even better than advertised!

We were all pleasantly surprised about the overall size and open space in each room. The pictures do not do it justice. Amenities were great and we had a great time using the large kitchen as well.

Great layout and fun area

The house is laid out very well with a lot of bedrooms and a great room for lots of kids. We had a great time. We were there in July and the pool was freezing so just be prepared.

Great weekend getaway!

We were only at the home for a short stay, but it was clean and comfortable. We had an issue and had to contact the landlord and they were very respnsive to our issue. Highly recommend staying!

Great experience

Property managers were responsive to any need we had immediately. The house was great for a large group and set really nicely! We will stay there again in the winter. Not ideal for a large group in the summer due to the passes being limited within the community.

Awesome house

The house was great for a large groups of friends. We had 9 adults. Hot tub was perfect. Owner was very responsive on the 2 small issues we had
. There was no BBQ tank for the grill but when I reached out to them at 7:30pm on a Saturday they had one at the house within about 1/2 an hour. And then one of the wifi thermostats was not working but they had a remote for us to use and that was resolved in about 5 minutes. The pots and pans could use updating and the dart board needs to be replaced. Some of the beds are much firmer than others but all were very comfortable. We would definitely go back there again if in the area.

Spacious house

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time here. Plenty of space to spread out, especially since my 2 son-in-laws had to find quite areas to do work on their computers. I brought some of my own kitchen utensils which was unnecessary because the kitchen was fully stocked. Neighborhood was very quiet and we felt like we had the entire area to ourselves A very enjoyable week.
