Tucked away in the heart of Germantown, just minutes from downtown Nashville, this one-of-a-kind property offers three distinct homes connected by a shared courtyard—perfect for large groups, family reunions, or multi-family getaways.

Whether you're drawn to the Southern charm of our 3-bedroom front house or the retro-chic flair of the two 7-bedroom townhomes, you'll find comfort, style, and plenty of space to relax and entertain.

Wonderful Nashville Location

Perfect Option for Large Group

We had a group of 19 and the house was fantastic. Ryan was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and was easy to communicate with. The courtyard and house setup were great for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and we had a great time. Germantown was an awesome area as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Bachelor party for 10

We stayed at this location renting out all three units. Def worth it. All of my guys had a place to sleep conformably and there was enough bathrooms for us all as well. They kept the place clean with basic kitchen amenities. My one issue would be that the place has a bocce ball court. I would thing some care and attention would be given to that standout amenity and when we got there the lights weren’t working for the court and the court had leaves all in it. Also worth mentioning that many of the rope lights in the courtyard area were out and need replacing. Overall minor issues and when I called to ask about the lights, someone was at the house within 20 minutes to see what could be done. They couldn’t figure it out, but by the next afternoon there was another strand of rope lights hanging over the court, giving us what we needed to see. Overall minor issues that can be mitigated with some better quality control, but excellent experience. My guests had a dig dug competition on the arcade machine and were all stoked to see YouTube tv working for sports.

Amazing Experience!

This property was fantastic! It easily accommodated our large group and everyone really enjoyed the conversational layout. Also, the location was phenomenal. It was close to everything we did for fun and walking distance to our event venue. Property management team was very communicative and responsive. We’d stay again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to comfortably house a large group of 10+. Five stars all the way around!

Amazing Property

It was 11 of us and I couldn't of picked a more perfect place. Everything was just as I expected it to be and I had full communication with mgmt the entire time. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Great Stay!

Great place for friends

Great property and ideal for a large group!

My group had an amazing time staying with Natasha and Chip at their property in Germantown. It was completely ideal and we could walk to many activities and places to eat. It was so convenient! Highly recommend for a group wanting to be together in close proximity, but also having enough space to decompress. The attention to detail at the property was wonderful. We felt right at home.

Our front house (Unit A) was fully renovated in the winter of 2018 and completed in April of 2019. The attached townhouses (Units B & C) opened their doors in April 2021 on the backlot of Unit A.

We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures, and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We also love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and energy of its own. We believe Germantown is one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods and we have filled countless days with our family and friends here enjoying great food, activity, and fresh air.

Germantown is known for being incredibly walkable, with most people traveling by foot to explore the neighborhood. That said, many locals and guests alike also enjoy using the electric rental scooters located throughout the Germantown District.
