Großzügiges Haus, gute Lage zu den Bergbahnen Rosshütte

Der Start war etwas holprig: Online war die Telefonnr. eines früheren Verwalters hinterlegt, nicht die des aktuellen; Waschbecken und Dusche verstopft; alte, nasse Wäsche in der Waschküche; defekte Leuchten. Aber der Verwalter, Hr. Slave, war wirklich auf Zack: freundlich, ruhig und zuvorkommend hat er alle gemeldeten Probleme unverzüglich gelöst. Großes Lob! Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut für eine größere Gruppe oder Familie geeignet (wir waren zu sechst, drei Erwachsene + drei Kinder). Die Lage und Entfernung zum Skigebiet "Rosshütte" ist wirklich super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, und ein Spaziergang tut gut. Was wir nicht so schön fanden: die Wohnung wird angeboten mit "Haustiere nicht erlaubt", aber in einem Schlafzimmer lag prominent ein Hundekorb, und im Garten und auf dem Rasen direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer im Kellergeschoss lagen mehrere dicke Hundehaufen.

Excellent skihaus comfortable for four

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood in a quiet town. Owner and his team were ready to work with, and courteous. Would stay here again.

ein schön grosses angenehmes Haus

Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Sauna funktioniert gut, der Pool ist zwar klein aber herrlich zum abkühlen nach der Sauna. Eine Dame hat sich auch wohlgefühlt im Barbiezimmer/Ferraribett.

Schönes Haus, gut gelegen

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Haus Eibl verbracht, viele Aktivitäten liegen ganz in der Nähe (Wandern, Schwimmbad etc.). Der Blick und die Alpenkulisse sind umwerfend. Das eigene Schwimmbad auf der Terrasse ist auch schön. Der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Verwalter war sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank

The place to stay above Innsbruck

Innsbruck is lovely, but Seefeld is the perfect, quiet town to be in and this place is incredible. The pool, the sauna, the close walk to the train and grocery store - it's all amazing. Stay here, relax by the pool, and enjoy the beautiful area like a local.

Beautiful house, beautiful destination

Had a wonderful 12 days at the house in Seefeld - the house is beautiful, exactly as described and the views were just fabulous. We had a small issue on arrival with the wifi but this was solved immediately without question. The pool is great, heated and the outside area has outdoor heaters so you can still enjoy it if the weather is not as good. Seefeld is a lovely picture postcard destination about 10 mins walk from the house. We had dinner several times on the square and did not have a poor meal. The swimming pool in the town is fantastic for the children and also serves good food, we went once in the evening and ate there. Lots to do in the region, we went on an Alpine coaster, walkef the 'highline' and also travelled out to Neischwanstein Castle. Innsbruck is 25 mins on the train and us also worth a trip. We would love to return at some point.

Stunning. The property is magnificent. Clean and exactly as described.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Seefeld staying at this property (a family of 2 adults, 3 children aged 14, 11, 9) . Everything was exactly as described in the details on the property page. The house was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was to hand and the owner was very quick with replies when we asked questions via message on Home Away. The location is superb - only 15 minutes walk down to the town centre which is served with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The food at the restaurants was all great and reasonably priced (although there are some more expensive options should you so choose). During our stay, there were quite a few evenings where there was some sort of show/activity happening in the main square in the centre of Seefeld which were family friendly. There is also a nice little local market every Tuesday. Seefeld is a very pretty and friendly town and we felt very safe and secure during our holiday. There are a few well stocked supermarkets as well, which offer a good range of fresh produce and many clothes/souvenir stores. It is also very close for access to the Rosshutte and other amazing walks in the area. For instance you can also go up the Gschwandtkopf, walk to Mosern or the lake at Moserer See for a great day out. The local swimming pool is very modern and has two excellent slides for the kids. Innsbruck is a 30 min drive away and there are loads of attractions in the Tirol area within an hour or so drive - try the Olympic Bobsleigh near Innsbruck, the adventure area at Zell Am Ziller, the Alpine Coaster at Imst or for something more adventurous Paragliding, White Water Rafting or canyoning. Krimml Falls is a little further away (about 2hrs) but worth the visit, as is Neuschwanstein castle but be warned to book in advance. We had lots of other things planned but didn't get around to them! Had a few days just relaxing at the house and the pool. Breakfast and a cup of coffee on the terrace each morning looking at the mountains was a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this property to a family looking for a holiday which offers excitement, the great outdoors, relaxation and luxury. We shall return!!!!!!!

Einfach klasse,ein toller Urlaub im Mai/Juni

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu perfekt, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die große Terrasse mit Pool beeindruckt mit hervorragendem Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Wanderungen und einige Ausflüge haben uns viele unvergessliche Eindrücke beschert. Für Hunde optimal geeignet.Wir sehr kommen gerne wieder !

Fantastiche lokatie en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We hebben met onze kinderen een perfecte vakantietijd gehad. Ligging lekker centraal en prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en goed onderhouden. Lekker einde van de dag in je eigen sauna tot jezelf komen. We hebben een top vakantie gehad.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday

We spent a magical week at Haus Eibl in the beautiful town of Seefeld. The house is pristine and was wonderful for both the adults and the children. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the views spectacular! We hope to return soon!

Très bonne

Nous avons été ravis de cette location. Elle correspondait très bien à la description faite sur le site d'Abritel. Très jolie maison fonctionnelle de bonne qualité, avec de grands espaces et avec une agréable terrasse et piscine (pas très grande). Très soignée dans les finitions, avec des prises électriques partout, très propre et bien entretenue. Grande et belle pièce à vivre ouverte sur la cuisine, avec une grande ouverture sur la terrasse. Très lumineuse. Grand écran de télévision et une très jolie cheminée électrique pour l'ambiance. La maison est joliment meublée, avec de très beaux luminaires qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses également, avec télévision dans toutes les chambres et la literie est confortable et agréable. Trois salles d'eau dont la principale est énorme et magnifique avec baignoire, douche, saunas, double lavabo, wc et beaucoup d'espace. Pas de bruit de route ou de train, tranquille, malgré les maisons voisines assez proches. Les linges de cuisine, la vaisselle, tout le nécessaire culinaire étaient à disposition, également les linges de bain en suffisance, planche à repasser, buanderie. Les contacts par internet avec la personne qui représente le propriétaire étaient très satisfaisant, des réponse rapides et bien informé. La personne qui nous a reçu était ponctuelle, aimable, à l'écoute et très sympathique. Franchement si à l'avenir, nous devons revenir dans la région, c'est avec plaisir que nous reprendrions cette location. Très bonne expérience. Merci. Et la région est splendide. Beaucoup de belles choses à voir, ça vaut le déplacement !!!!!

Praktische Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Kindern eine super Woche verbracht trotz Schneemangel in den ersten Tagen. Das Haus ist gut gelegen. Man kann wirklich zur Talstation mit kleinen Kindern laufen und hat auch einen Bäcker in Morgenspaziergang-Weite. Die Umgebung eignet sich auch ohne Schnee für kleine Ausflüge und Spaziergänge, Das Haus ist bequem, gut geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, die Sauna macht Spaß, . Das Beste war eigentlich, dass Vermieter und Verwalter sehr kommunikativ, großzügig und hilfreich waren.

Amazing holiday in Haus Eibl

We spent 7 days in Seefeld in Haus Eibl , a wonderful 2 floors villa just 100 metres from the Rosshutte cableway ! The house was very comfortable with wide bedrooms and a large living room. A heated swimming pool outdoor was so enjoyable and also a 4 persons sauna available Last but not least the owner was very kind to us for every request Strongly recommended and will go there again in the future
