⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as equipment like Wi-Fi, for the kitchen (a fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker (capsules not supplied), hobs and all the complete cookware, etc...), washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 Located opposite the Palais des sports and the large Paul Mistral park, close to restaurants and shops, including a VIVAL 50 metres from the building.
Discovering the city and the neighbourhood can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport services, in particular trams A and C (Chavant and Hôtel de ville stops) located 5 and 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation respectively, allow you to get around the whole city and its outskirts.
You are also close to a bus stop, BUS 13, Auguste Ravier stop, which also takes you into the centre.
You're just a 5-minute drive from the centre.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
