3bdrm 2 bath Sarasota home on the intercoastal with dock and boat lift. Located a mile from Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota. As you step through the front door, you're welcomed by the soothing coastal charm of a fully updated home with an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The home features a new saltwater pool, beautiful landscaping with tropical growth, gazebo with gas firepit, BBQ grill, comfortable seating, flat screen tv, wifi, four bikes, and garage parking.

2024 spring break

The best house, best location and great property communication! This house is so special and so comfortable. The trip to the beach was legitimate 5 minutes but it was so nice to have a quiet place to come back to! The house is so tastefully done with everything you could need. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to the amazing owners and property managers. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Gorgeous AND comfortable

The Oasis was perfect for our family of 4. The interior is beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Jules, the property manager, was lovely and very helpful. We brought our 25ft boat and it fit perfectly on the dock, which is in great condition and has a fish cleaning station. The outside pool area is very nicely landscaped and the pool is fantastic!! We even used the gazebo for a birthday celebration. We’d definitely return!

Beautiful Property

We spent a week here over our spring break and it was a great time. The landscaping in the back is absolutely beautiful and you can tell the house has been completely redone. The beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case at rentals. It’s so close to the main beach area, you can easily bike to. The owner and property manager were very helpful and were very responsive, would recommend to anyone!

Very nice home. Good and quiet location

Jules the property manager was very helpful. She oriented us to the area and made some recommendations. A closet door in the bedroom and drain in bathroom tub was plugged. She took care of these 2 issues immediately. She even set up a baby fence around the pool for our 18 month old grandson. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Excellent Stay near Siesta Key

Richard and his property manager, Jules, were excellent. Incredibly responsive! The home is well laid out, clean and, in many respects, brand new. The highlight is the backyard overlooking the canal. The gazebo with the fire pit is awesome! We ate many meals there. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed biking, walking and running from the house. Many restaurants are nearby. Getting to the beach is a bit tricky. Although only a bit over a mile away, it's not easily walkable given the bridge crossing. Parking at beach access 12 is very limited so you need to go to the main Siesta Key beach. That lot is large, but still fills up during the height of the season (February, in our case.) Best to go to the beach early or late. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended!
