A unique water front property with a private 2-boat dock on 15 acres of well-manicured land with mowed grass, mature trees and wooded trees. A very relaxing environment in the peninsula - you can watch both sunrise and sunset! An excellent boat house and a fishing dock - fully lighted for night fishing right from the dock (you can catch catfish right from the dock). Get your fishing gear and fish in the best Bass fishing lakes in the country - Lake Fork! Canoe around in the lake, or bring your bikes/ATVs to ride around the property. Or have a relaxing candle light dinner on the fishing dock. This very well maintained, air conditioned 3 bedrooms (all on first floor) property is truly one of a kind! A ton of activities - fishing, basketball, badminton, *indoor pickle ball*, kids air-hockey, kids pool table, adults pool table, corn-hole, kayaking, kids ping pong or just ride around the property on your bicycles! 75" smart TV in the living room! Water filtration system installed for all your drinking water. Coffee lovers can have regular brewed coffee (coffee provided) or a Keurig machine - a few Keurig pods supplied with each trip! For the wine lovers, a bottle of Cabernet awaits you! Pecan trees, plums, an orchard with a variety of fruit trees on the property during the season.

There is a neighborhood boat launch within half a mile of the property (see the pictures)! You can dock two boats right at the property.

The boat and fishing docks are about 200 yards from the house - guests can drive their cars through the path (by the garage).

Space and beautiful scenery

Great place. Will be back next year. Couple things needs attention American Flag needs replaced in front yard and trees to dock need pruning for vehicle to drive through.

Another great stay!

This is our second time booking this rental and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The home is clean, convenient access to the water/fishing, and something to enjoy for everyone in the sport court.

Peaceful and quiet

We enjoyed the stay at this beautiful vacation rental. Due to the weather, we were unable to enjoy all the amenities but with the comforts of home at our fingertips, we enjoyed it nonetheless!

Weekend stay

Had a group of guys stay here to have a memorial for a friend who has passed. Slept 8 guys well, plenty of activities, caught a couple fish, great time!

The boat ramp is not close to this nice house- inside very clean - outside was unkept- pier needs some attention/cleaning and lighting. House is very nice and comfortable! Pier is a nice walk from the house. Would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful getaway!!!!

This property was fantastic! We had a family of 10 come together for a Spring Break family vacation. I would fully recommend this location. Great property with lots of fun things to do. We especially enjoyed the game rooms. The house was very well stocked and the owner extremely responsive. I would definitely book this property again.

Week of fishing

Spent a week here fishing lake Fork. House is centrally located on the lake making it easy to get where ever you want to go. House was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a long stay. Parking was also great easily fit four trucks with boats at the property.

July 4th Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, but I do have a couple of suggestions. The kitchen needs to be organized, we spent far too much time looking for things we needed, also, 9x13 pans would be helpful for meals. The outside needs a good cleaning, the spider webs and mud dobber nests as well as weeds really took away from the attractiveness of the home. The pickleball court was a huge bonus! Loved it! Overall, very nice property.

Fishing trip to Lake Fork

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Chris is an great host. He will go out of his way to accommodate your needs. The week we were there the weather and the lake level made fishing very tough. Tough to control the weather. I would highly recommend this property and you’re not going to find a nicer host than Chris.

Peaceful Lakefront Property

My family had to evacuate from South Louisiana for Hurricane Ida☹️. We were looking for a place where we could spread out and relax. This house was perfect for us! I spent most of the time sitting under the large back patio and on the dock at the lake. It’s so peaceful outside!!!! Chris was an amazing host!!! I can’t say enough about his kindness towards us during this stressful time!!! We hope to be back again one day for an actual planned getaway!!!!

Very good experience

Nice large home. Great area. Well equipped. Interior was great. Owner was always available with questions. Outside had 2 negatives. Outside patio area wasn’t clean and usable. Hot tub was not filled. We were there mid November so possibly they didn’t expect we would use the outdoor patio area.

Great Labor Day Rental

We usually go to Lake Fork for Labor Day and decided to try a rental instead of the place we normally go to. We wanted a place with enough beds for everyone and a private dock. We got just that. The master bedroom actually had another bed in it that was perfect for one of my kids. With that additional bed, everyone had a bed of their own. The location was beautiful. Huge trees, lots of open area, and the back porch was so relaxing. There is a 3 car garage that was turned into a game room that my oldest kid lived in. The private dock was a wonderful place to catch fish (catfish, bass and perch). There are some minor things that need some attention, but it's a lake house rental, so that's to be expected. What you will find there: quiet location, nice huge kitchen, 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, a basketball arcade, pool table, pickleball court, kids pool/air hockey/ping pong table, fire pit, and a private dock. The dock is far from the house, so be prepared to walk or drive down there. The path does have lights, but we did have some issues trying to find this path. We were told to keep to the lighted path and not drive on the grass. But the path that was lighted didn't connect with the path start, so you either had to drive down the left hand side (without lights) or cut across the grass to the lighted path. We made it work and were super careful of the exposed pipes, but we definitely didn't attempt this at night. We had a great time though!
