Right outside, you'll find a furnished, covered porch area where you can dine outdoors or just soak up the sunshine. First time visit to OBX

We had a wonderful time exploring Corolla, we had everything we needed at the unit to make nice and memorable meals (celebrating a birthday and Father's day). The pool was nice and the short walk to the beach was wonderful!

Currituck Beach Retreat

I spent the week of Memorial Day to travel northward on Hwy 12 and my last couple of night were here and it was a perfect way to end my trip. Something about the vibe of the condo put me right at ease and I was very comfortable during my stay. The space is certainly suitable for more than one person so I’d encourage a family or a group to give it a try.

Great week in OBX

We we highly satisfied with our stay at this property. The only dissatisfactions were the uncomfortably firm mattresses and the occasional (but hardly noticeable) odor in the the living room, smelling of rotten food. With new mattresses on the beds, we would stay here again.

Perfect location, unit was disappointing

My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! Great stay, we would just try and avoid this unit for next time.

Great location but SO run down

Short walk to the beach and a nice community pool were the highlights of the visit. On the flip side, this place has absolutely no creature comforts. The beds were so hard and there was one sad and flat pillow per bed. Couch was in bad shape and not a place to get comfortable. Worst part is the the refrigerator takes at least 24 hours to get cool so our food went bad. Property manager said I should go buy coolers and ice. The next day the fries till wasn’t cold enough. I threw way all our cold food and there has been no response to my request to be reimbursed. I was told it was “just like your fridge at home-just takes some time”. It’s old and doesn’t work well which is NOT like home. Renters should be warned that they can’t use it for at least 24 hours. Their response plus having to drive all over on the first day to get mattress toppers, coolers and ice really set a bad tone for the trip. This could be a great place if someone put some money and effort into a few improvements.

Terrible, old and dingy

We were booked Friday - Thursday we got there Friday night and it was musty, old shag carpet, dark, dingy, ripped plastic sheets on the beds- no real sheets, beds, pillows and blankets had to be 30 years old, ripped pillow cases, dirty oven range. My daughter and I both had asthma attacks within hours. I called Vicasa and told them we would not be staying there more than the one night and we left first thing in the morning, as it was late and we had not found another place yet. They said they would have to get a hold of a "local" property manager in NC to get back to me as I wanted a refund and asked for some sheets. The sheets never came and the property manager did not get back to me until 1pm the next day. We had already found another place. I have not heard anything on a refund. I offered to pay for the one night and a cleaning fee but have heard nothing. Also DO NOT use Affirm to book on VRBO, they do not protect you at all and just tell you to deal with the property manager. I am trying to get a hold of someone in VRBO to help. I do not know what the other rentals in this complex are like but I would never stay in this one.

1st OBX trip

This is a cozy condo. It is just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun in Corolla

We enjoyed a family vacation in Loisstorm OS22 for 3 days. The home was clean, well-stocked with linens and towels, conveniently located to the beach, amenities, grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. The sign-in and checkout process was all online and efficient. We had a very enjoyable time and hope to return for a longer stay.

Great beach house!

Everything is great at this property. Close to the beach, has a nice pool on the property and a great deck. The appliances a plumbing are a little outdated but they do work. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Corolla!

Great Location, Great Price

Great location about 100 yards from walkout beach access in the community. Super close to groceries and restaurants with a Harris Teeter about a 1/2 mile away. About 5 miles from the 4x4 beach access. The pool access was nice as well to take a break from the beach. Appliances were a little out-dated but all worked. Perfect for small groups or couples.

Good and bad

Loved convenient location for beach supermarket and shopping…adequate space but negatives are few but important: crappy refrigerator with loud noise on brink of failure just barely staying at 47 degrees! And dirty outdoor furniture without provisions to clean cushions table etc…Made as a rental for sure !
