Welcome to our bright and spacious 3BD/3.5BA home located in Corinthian Gardens gated community at the World Tennis Club. You will enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, floor to ceiling pantry, and new Stainless Steel appliances. Walk into this bright and inviting space with cathedral ceilings, bay windows, spectacular lake views, and upgraded bathrooms. Lots of room for family to visit, with two en-suites on the second floor, yet lots of privacy with the master bedroom on the main level. Watch sunrises over the lake every morning from your own enclosed lanai while sipping your first cup of coffee.

Located only Central Naples, you are only minutes away from downtown Naples, Venetian Village, Mercato Shops/Nightlife/Dining, and the power white sand of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beaches.

World Tennis Center is a unique community with lush mature landscaping, and some of the best tennis courts in Naples: 16 courts - 12 har-tru-clay and 4 hard courts, 10 lighted courts - heated community pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, saunas, a poolside cafe restaurant, an exercise room, tennis pro-shop, a children's playground, and beautiful grounds! Newly added pickle-ball courts as well!

The WTC is not for renters who want to play tennis!

Wonderful people. The community averages ages were 75-85. A little too old for us. NO match play like the website advertises. The manager was very rude and said that “It is not the place for renters to play tennis” She actually told me I needed to play somewhere else! It cost me 450 to play at the Emilo Sanchez academy across the street! They were amazing but we paid 10,000 for a month to play tennis! If it wasn’t for some of the lovely residents, I would have never played, I called the pro shop 6 times months before our stay to get my match play organized. I never got a call back. Pro very nice but did not organize match play as advertised. A resident volunteer did and she said it was booked a month ago. Renters have literally no time to play! She said I could call next November to play next March, but she had nothing. Really? Our hosts were wonderful, but they hadn’t seen the house since November. Cabinets were a mess and dirty. All beach chairs broken and last renters dirty soap and shampoo left in all bathroom. So much clutter in all the closets. The fitness center was joke and disgusting.I have never have given a bad review and I debated because the hosts were so nice and they helped us get our dog in, but it’s their responsibility to make sure the house is clean and there a beach chairs that work as well as making sure renters can play tennis.I would not recommend the WTC! We found a brand new community far nicer for next year with organized tennis for 5 000

World Tennis Center - 2024

Enjoyed our time and took advantage of tennis, pickleball and the pool. All were great. The exercise room at the tennis club could use an upgrade but served its purpose. Home was clean, great view of pond, and home layout was open which we enjoyed. Location was awesome, as it was a relatively easy to visit the beach, shopping centers, and downtown Naples. Matt and Molly do great on the communication side as well - which is much appreciated.

The home is beautiful. Spacious, clean and has all the necessities. The location is central to all Naples has to offer while being quiet and secluded. Furnishings, audio/video, appliances, cookware, etc. are all up to date and plentiful. The owners avaiability and responsiveness was excellent.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time. The house is exactly as the pictures show. It is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed having the use of a grill for meals. The house was conveniently located close to shopping and local beaches. There are numerous stores and restaurants in the immediate area. The WTC is well maintained, quiet, and a lovely setting. The property owners were very friendly and accommodating and always responded immediately to our questions. We liked the fact that we could walk to tennis courts, pool and jacuzzi. The poolside restaurant/bar was a great plus. WTC residents and neighbors were so nice. Thank you for making our stay safe, clean, healthy, and trouble free. We will be back soon. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place, great time!

We stayed here in December 2021. House is so clean and comfortable! Great, scenic view at the man made lake! There is everything you need in a house including 2 bikes. Hosts are very attentive and responsive (even though we had everything we need). We felt like we in a 5 stars hotel! Thank you Molly and Matt!!!

Wonderful, Peaceful & Ideal Location

It's ideal location offered convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and downtown within minutes of driving. The home is lovely, clean and well maintained. All household amenities are provided and suited for family, students and couples alike. The clubhouse offers Tennis courts, community pool and a cafe. We really had a great time exploring the sites and nearby attractions. This home fit perfectly as a vacation home for us and I highly recommend it. The owners were courteous and offered any assistance if needed. We look forward to returning for our next vacation in Naples.

Even though we don't live in Naples full-time, we are only a phone call/text away...and we have a wonderful team of trusted locals ready to step in, if needed. We respect our guests space/privacy, however we are always available whenever needed.

We feel in love with this property, due to it's central location, beautiful lush grounds, bountiful amenities, and peaceful lake views! You truly feel as if you are in your own paradise and everyone in the WTC community is so friendly and welcoming! It's also a gated and safe community, with a management staff on sight. The Tennis is some of the best in the world, but not everyone here plays tennis...as there is also much more to offer, such as the beautiful pool, spa, saunas, exercise room, indoor/outdoor cafe, tennis pro-shop, beautiful walking paths, playground/basketball area....etc...You are only a few miles away from the soft, sugar-white sand beaches of Naples as well!

Our tranquil and private home has 3 separate master bedrooms/en-suites. It is such a treat to have a spacious master bedroom on the main floor and 2 additional masters/en-suites on the upper level, so guests can also have their own private space. The open living room, with cathedral ceilings is so bright and inviting! The icing on the cake is the new kitchen and the sunrises off the lake!
