The entrance on the ground floor is into the equipped kitchen and its small living room (sofa bed for 2 people). A shower room-WC. The upper floor consists of a mezzanine with a small sitting area and its office and a bedroom (1 bed 160). Electric heating. The terrace is private with garden furniture. A freezer, including 1 of the 3 lockers is at your disposal in a technical room of the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, adjoining the shared and enclosed parking. A play area with an above-ground swimming pool, accessible only in summer, slides and trampoline will delight young and old. The plus of this gîte: charges included, sheets provided. The filling of the swimming pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in accordance with the "drought" decrees of the Ain prefecture.
