Discover this charming apartment with luxury services and terrace located in a residence with swimming pool a stone's throw from the Lecques beach.

The accommodation:
The fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of a pretty new residence with elevator. It is of a very good standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with equipped kitchen and open to the space dedicated to the dining room and the living room which offers you a sofa and two armchairs to relax. A large terrace facing south-west extends the accommodation. We have installed a corner there to have a good aperitif.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed 160 x 190 cm and several cupboards / storage cabinet. Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double sink, a shower and a towel dryer. The apartment complies with PMR standards (people with reduced mobility)!

The plus is the access to the communal swimming pool between 9am and 8pm (attention capacity limited to 10 people) and a gate directly opening onto the pink promenade and the Lecques beach.

Parking:
Two parking spaces are available in the basement.

Equipment:
Air conditioning; internet; television; washing machine; dishwasher; oven; microwave; toaster; nespresso coffee machine; kettle; two double beds 160; vacuum cleaner; dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils in sufficient number for the indicated sleeping capacity.

Environment:
The Lecques beach is a large family beach of fine sand. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand of almost 2 km and its postcard view. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments of the Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet skiing.

Sheets and bath towels:
Optional for a fee and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
