Very nice rental. Paul is a terrific host. This was our third stay. We had a problem with the WiFi that Paul handled. Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay. Being steps from the beach was amazing and the view from the deck was marvelous. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans, baking dishes, bowls, etc. Communation with Paul was great! The only negative was the place needed a good deep clean. Majority of the house was very dusty and you could tell around the floor boards the carpet hadn't been vacuumed well in a long time. A VERY quick and basic surface level clean was all that was done before we arrived. We loved the Perdido Key area!

The property had a nice "home" feeling - not like many of the all concrete high-rises. Definitely a quieter property, low volume beach right over the dune boardwalk. Ospery nest out just across the road and dolphins out front.

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. It is a bit dated in places but was generally clean and met our needs. During our stay we noticed a moisture/mold issue in the primary bathroom and notified the host. They responded promptly and explained that a permanent repair would need to wait until after checkout. While we chose not to use the primary shower because of the issue, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the host was communicative. Families with very young children may want to note that the condo contains a number of decorative and breakable items that required close supervision during our stay.

The condo upstairs had a leak that was promptly repaired, but it resulted in mold in a small area in a corner above the shower. We offered to come treat and remove the mold, but Carolyn requested we wait until after their stay. The area has been treated with disinfectant and repaired.

Perdido Beach

Overall it was very relaxing, and we really enjoyed the beach front access. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great place

Great location on a laid back section of beach. Enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. Lots of nice restaurants nearby with large variety. Super relaxing vacation which is exactly what we were looking for.

Our second stay, as good as the first

Good location, traffic that part of Perdido Key isn't as bad as locations to the west. Nice comfortable condo, really like that balcony with view of the Gulf.

Best place so far.

Nice uncrowded beach end of July. Not so busy as Panama City or Gulf Shores. Water was beautiful. Will be going again.

Great Location

The unit was perfect for us, location was great and only a few steps to the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was simple. We didn’t have any issues. We will definitely stay again.
