Great value and location

Lovely stay; close to beach. Loved the golf cart. The towels smelled great and beds are comfy. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

July Vacation

Loved this townhome!

This place had everything we needed! It so nicely decorated and spacious. The pool was never crowded and always clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Great location and so convenient having the golf cart! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great condo!

Our family spent spring break in this condo and loved it! It is conveniently located with a Publix across the street and only a couple of blocks from the Gulf. The golf cart was especially handy for carrying beach chairs etc. back and forth. We really enjoyed our time here!

Wonderful owners!

We had a fabulous experience at this property! Before we came to town, there was unexpected construction happening on the property, and the owners did a great job communicating those updates with me prior to arrival. During our stay, they were very responsive to our questions as well! We loved the pack and play there and even made use of the extra beach toys left there! I loved the extra bedding available in all the rooms, too. Overall, a great experience!

Great Potential!

This is a beautifully decorated and clean condo. It has many amenities, but some need to be refreshed and updated. The location is convenient to the beach and shopping. Being able to rent the owners’ golf cart is definitely a plus. It was an enjoyable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect! We did enjoy the use of the golf cart and I would recommend it for the area. There is still work being done in due to the hurricanes in summer 2024 but there was still plenty to do and the beaches are gorgeous!!! Our hosts were great and provided us with very helpful "local" dining options. The condo is beautiful, three floors, the first is garage and entry only, the second is the main living area and one bedroom and bathroom, and the third has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When in the condo we were mostly on the 2nd floor which also has a nice balcony.

Me and my family had a great time in this comfortable little condo. Pros: ‱ Well decorated ‱ Lots of space ‱ Great location ‱ Very clean ‱ Owner was a pleasure to work with Cons: ‱ Air conditioning could be updated. It doesn't quite make it to the top floor effectively making the top floor always a bit on the a little too warm side ‱ Lots of stairs. This place is definitely not for someone who has issues with climbing sets of stairs

Pirate Spring Training

This property is amazing. Great location. Several stores within walking distance. (Publix, Dollar Tree, Holy Cow Ice Cream, Walgreens to name a few). Short walk to the beach. . The hosts were absolutely amazing. We are not technology savvy. We had a problem getting the TV to work or get on the internet. We called the hosts and within a short time Crestie was there to help us. They were wonderful to work with. If anyone is planning on going to Anna Maria Island, check out their property. You will not be disappointed. Hope to return there again.

Good Place, Responsive Hosts

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Sarasota. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and all that good stuff. Some places were closed because of the hurricanes, but that was expected.All in all it was a good stay.

Girls weekend

We had an awesome time on AMI. I live in Florida so this is a regular vacation spot for me/us. We love the small town feel that it offers and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. This condo was in a great area and David was easy to communicate with and always answered quickly when I had a question. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Looking forward to booking this one again.

This is truly a paradise! Anna Maria has a laid-back attitude - no high rises and throngs of tourists here. The people are super friendly, the beach and Gulf are absolutely gorgeous, and you are close to Bradenton, Sarasota and St. Pete/Tampa so can enjoy all they have to offer - it's simply perfect!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our townhome is in a fantastic location, central to everything! Go a bit south and enjoy Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street, Coquina Beach, and Longboat Key. Go a bit North and enjoy Anna Maria and the tip of the island. Or stay right in Holmes Beach and walk down to our stunning beach, walk to the market, cafes and shops, or drop your boat in right around the corner at Kingfish ramp. If using the golf cart during your stay, everything is absolutely effortless (and a lot of fun!).
