Everything was immaculate. Decor is simple, yet attractive! The setting is down a gravel road in the woods, and pretty quiet. Just what we were looking for!

Very clean. Checked in on Monday and out on Thursday. Everything you needed was right there. The futon was super comfortable, bed is on the firm side which I like. The recliner was great and comfy. It’s quiet and close to things but yet far away. All appliances worked good, bathroom was clean and had everything. The chairs out back and the rockers on the front porch made for nice evening sits. Go to Gassville and hit the bakery for canollis, it’s right infront of Nima’s pizza. Definitely would stay here again and plan on it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property! Quiet and nice. Most importantly very clean inside and out and the environment felt safe. If you like nature and a cozy stay this is the place for you. She had everything we needed including items for our dogs like bowls/poo baggies. The red cow next door was a cute touch. Literally touch. also an extra bed in the back closet for extra sleeping arrangements. No complaints here.

Quaint, country get away

Property was exactly as it was depicted online. Hosts were thoughtful and left cookies and dog treats. enjoyed listening to the roosters in the morning while we had our coffee on the front porch. Would recommend :)

Very comfortable space with all necessary amenities. I loved the lowing of the cows and the back deck is lovely for morning coffee.

Bull Shoals Fishing Trip

Wonderful & clean cabin with well thought out touches (fresh doughnuts, coffee bar, washer & dryer, etc...). We'll stay again if available for future trips.

Excellent mostly

Property has everything you need, except for a charcoal chimney to get the charcoal hot enough to use the Big Green Egg. I had thought with the Egg that a charcoal chimney would be included, but it wasn't, so made getting the grill to temp 1.5 hr process. Charcoal chimney would have saved an hour and a lot of frustration. Other than that, really nice little place, plenty of firewood for the stove or outside fire ring, with enough utensils, and condiments to keep you thru several days without having to bring anything but food.

Fishing trip

My husband was fishing in a tournament at Bull Shoals and we needed a place to stay that was somewhat close to our friends who were camping nearby. This was such a great cabin and really clean. We will definitely go back and spend more time there!

Awesome weekend with my sons

This is a perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet but yet be a short commute to food and convenience stores. This was my son’s 2nd year to stay here while fishing with Del Covin on Bull Shoals. I enjoyed a Great guys weekend of making memories with my adult sons!

Anniversary Getaway

Impeccable cleanliness, many many extra amenities, great location, very nice host. Welcome pastries upon arrival. We were celebrating our 42nd anmiversary, Brook arranged a special surprise. Champagne Mimosas. Awesome!!! Stocked refrigerator, great coffee bar. Wonderful patio with firepit, great front porch for morning coffee and bird watching. The most enjoyable stay EVER!!!

Always a great stay

Very peaceful place. Have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Brook is a fantastic host and always answers quickly when you message her. She makes the place inviting for all and is very accommodating. I have specific allergies that she always takes into account when we rent her place.
