Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 35 mÂČ studio apartment in MontĂ©vrain which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a 22 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 22 mÂČ living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Sleeping area with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Montévrain, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
