Located in the Domaine de Ste Anne residence, in the Grière district of La Tranche-sur-Mer, this 34m² holiday cottage for 4 people features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave/grill, 2 electric hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
A separate bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
An attic mezzanine with 2 bedrooms, each with a 90cm single bed, as well as a play area and storage shelves.
A paved and fenced terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a gas barbecue, and 2 sun loungers.
You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, open from May 28 to September 15, 2025, as well as free private parking and direct access to the beach through the forest, just 500m from the rental. This rental has been awarded two Clévacances. Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
