New and modern bungalow in an excellent location less than a mile from ASU and just 8min from the airport. Shared backyard space with adjacent studio. Walking distance to the fantastic restaurants and shopping spots on Mill Avenue. Whole foods is even less than a mile away. Our home has been completely renovated and designed to maximize comfort. We hope that you'll enjoy the modern rustic style. Whether you are staying for the university, visiting family/friends, or just passing through, we are confident that you'll enjoy your stay.

Great stay!

We really enjoy our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Close to ASU, lots of restaurants and things to do. The house was very clean and the owners were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

Perfect home in a perfect neighborhood

The house was absolutely amazing. Simple, yet elegant. It was walking distance to so many things. We loved the neighborhood and visited the oyster house/ bar every day we stayed there! We went for the innings festival, which was also walking distance, and plan on returning again next year! Thank you!

Comfortable Industrial Vibe

This house was very clean and comfortable. We used two beds and both were wonderful for us. The neighborhood appears to be transitional and is is great for families that are interested in the college and the trendy area close by. There are lots of shops and a wide selection of places to eat with a free bus running down the street. It was walkable for us but might not be for everyone. We didn’t use the shared yard but it is important to know the train tracks are right behind the locked fence. It wasn’t loud and the train went by a few times a day. There is a studio apartment attached and it was quiet and presented no problems. The only thing that would have been nice would be some upgrades in the bathroom…new tub, faucets, tile etc. would make this small bathroom a nice jewel in this pleasant home with and industrial vibe. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect House For 3

Amazing house for our stay for NCAA Triathlon Championships in Tempe. The proximity to race venue was perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. The modern renovations are very nice. The house was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Cute and comfortable…Great Location

My family stayed here for three days while during move-in week at ASU. The house was just under a mile from school. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was great having this place as a base during these three days.

Nice place

Really enjoyed my stay. Property manager was extremely helpful. The only thing I didn’t realize is that there is a small studio rental attached with a shared yard. It was not a problem at all. Maybe I missed reading it in the property description. Otherwise I had a great stay. Very clean and modern bungalow. Highly recommend it!
