The SION apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of the building, above the "BOULANGER" store located at 30 rue du 22 Novembre.
This 66m² apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. The living/dining room area is equipped with a sofa and a television for your entertainment as well as a dining area. Two bedrooms with two single beds each will give you a good night's sleep. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the apartment. A washing machine is also at your disposal so you can do your laundry at your convenience
Rue du 22 Novembre being pedestrian, you can access the building near the building only during certain times (from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.).
In the immediate vicinity (around 100 meters) are the public car parks “indigo LES TANNEURS” and “indigo KLEBER”. These car parks are right in the city center, so practical for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours! You also have the possibility of parking in the Halles P2 Sebastopol, Halles P3 Marais vert car parks (around 500 meters) or at the GARE WODLI car park (around 900 meters) whose price is 20 euros for 24 hours.
Transportation
The apartment is close to public transport (bus and tram) which will allow you to get around the city very easily. There are two Tram stops near the apartment: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F), and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).
The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
- cleaning will be done,
- the beds will be made with clean sheets,
- clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,
- free WIFI connection
Bed and bathroom linen are provided on arrival, as well as standard cleaning at the end of your stay. You can also benefit from a complete apartment cleaning service on request during your stay or change of linen. These services are extra and require prior reservation.

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
