A short gorgeous 6 mile/14-minute drive from downtown Eureka Springs and the Great Passion Play and you get to stay at the lakefront 7 Bedroom 5 bath lodge. Sleeps 15 in real beds. The massive 180degree views of the lake and bridge will have you relaxing in style while you watch the boats go by. The unit has been pro remodeled inside and out in 2021. Fast WiFi! 600 count linens. We have some separate 2 bedroom units if needed too! Tons of outdoor activities at your doorstep. Easy access to boat ramps in front of the lodge. We have a great pontoon boat for rent to get the whole family on as it seats 12 and is at the lodge ready to go. RESERVE THE BOAT WHEN YOU BOOK THE LODGE AS IT RENTS OUT FAST. Access boat ramps in front of the lodge. Holiday Island has an 18-hole golf course and a very nice 9-hole executive course on the water with real par 4s. Ideal Family Gathering Location

My siblings and their spouses met for a reunion; this was the ideal location with a beautiful lake view. Each couple had their own bedroom with a private bath and the gathering area was so comfortable. We rented their available pontoon boat and enjoyed a great day on the lake. Erin and her husband were welcoming hosts. They have just added two additional, two-bedroom rentals to the property; beautifully decorated. We will keep this in mind for larger family gatherings. Thank you so much Erin for giving us such wonderful memories.

Overall it was fine. We were a party of 13. The host was responsive but there was some language barriers and they communicated via text and it was clear that it didn’t always translate correctly. Also, the listing had a boat that we could rent with the home. We reserved the boat when we booked the home and found out 2 weeks prior to our reservation that they were no longer renting the pontoon boat. I had inquired about the rental and that is when I found out they would not rent it to us which left us scrambling to find another option. As of our stay at the end of July, the listing still included the boat. The listing mentioned a coffee shop and grocery store near by at Holiday Island Marina. We never found the coffee shop. I messaged about the grocery store and was told it was in town. We did a little exploring on our own and found the Holiday Island is a little town and that is where there was a Sun Fresh grocery store. There is no central air but each room had an a/c unit except for the room with bunk beds and that room got very warm. There living room and dining room area had windows all around and there were no window coverings. So it got very warm in the home during the day and at night if there were lights on in the home, the people camping outside could see right in. The check in and check out process was easy. Overall the home clean and the beds were comfy but it could use some TLC. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and the grill worked well.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. The house is welcoming and comfortable. The owners really have thought of all the details. The pictures were true to what we found. Stunning views of the lake, tasteful and unique decorations in each room, comfortable beds and quality linens. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The large table was perfect for family meals and games (they had a great selection of games for us to play). Great spaces for us to gather and enjoy one another, including the outside deck area. Being so close to the lake was fun for the kids to swim. One highlight was renting a boat from the local marina and spending a day on the water. We would definitely recommend this home and it was unanimous, everyone wants to return next year!

Perfect Property for our Family Reunion!

Stayed at this place in September, and the weather was picture perfect. We had approx. 30 adults and a dozen children coming to Eureka Springs for a family reunion, and this place was IDEAL for our group. We rented the upstairs, and the 2 downstairs units, as well as the Historic Depot immediately behind out unit. Our family and 2 cousins shared the Upper Unit, which has 7 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Most bedrooms had their own bath, however 2 bedrooms did have a shared bathroom off a short connecting hallway. That hallway had a doorway that lead outside to the wrap-around porch. Honestly, all of the bedrooms were so cute--no one at ALL minded the shared bathroom between 2 bdrms. Our 4 year old grandson loved the 7th bedroom with bunk bed (twin over full), and although it was a small bedroom, it was perfect for him, and right across from his parents room, which was ideal. The kitchen was fully appointed and had everything we needed. Honestly cannot think of a thing it was lacking. We fed our group at this place two nights of our stay, and needed crock pots which they did have. Fridge is nice and big, and has a large pantry that had a few things in there to use--some spices, small bag of sugar, etc...Also extra rolls of paper towels and garbage bags. Plenty of ALL the utensils needed to cook for a large family! Our niece and nephew each rented the Lower Units for their family, and those units were adorable and fully appointed as well. Everyone LOVED!

We were here for my son’s wedding. With 6 couples and grandkids, we needed a large space with extra bathrooms. This home fit the bill perfectly! The home is beautiful. With swimming and walking trails minutes away. Our family trip was amazing! Our host, Erin, responded to all of my questions, assisted with last minute requests and gave us recommendations for different things we needed! Had the best time!!

My Children and their families and I go to a new place (State) every summer to get us altogether. Swimming,fishing,and visiting the area is what we like to do. Checked out Eureka Springs and the haunted Cresent Hotel. Check in was so easy, and everything we needed was there for us to cook. Love the dishwasher. I want my 20 year old dishwasher to quit, because I know which one I want.The kitchen was spacious. 3 of us fit nicely helping to do the prep and cookErin is very accommodating, and quick to respond to our emails. She also gave us great places to go and places to eat out.Location was great. We were by a campground, we bought ice for our coolers for the drive back

We stayed here over July 4th week for our yearly family vacation of 15. We had the best vacation ever. The location was prefect, the amenities outstanding, everyone had their own room with bathroom facilities. The set up was very functional for a large group. It was clean & ready when we arrived. We had one issue which the manager responded to quickly & resolved. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation & stay here again.

Historical LAKEFRONT 7 Bedroom

The Little Golden Gate Bridge was closed because of the lake level. The trip into Eureka Springs was much longer. It would have been helpful for the listing to show that this unit is not handicap accessible. The unit fit our needs with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was outstanding. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator and the 2-3 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathrooms was not enough for our stay. The grill on the balcony was dirty and there wasn't any propane. We enjoyed our stay even with the inconveniences I've mentioned.

Perfect for Girlfriend getaway

Quiet area and great view. Only about 15 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. With bathrooms attached to most rooms it really made the stay pleasant.

Beautiful place, great accommodations for everyone!

Our friends met for the weekend and a great stay on the lake. The property has been renovated with beautiful taste, all rooms and beds were comfortable and we took advantage of a pontoon boat at the marina. Erin, the host helped us book and is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Time near Eureka Springs

Our family arrived on a Monday and left on a Friday. Four great days and nights. We liked the old hotel feeling with the long hallway, with individual rooms that almost all had private bathrooms. The living and dining area is spacious and the kitchen has everything a large group needs. We enjoyed being on the White River which provided more entertainment. Views are spectacular. Highly recommended by our group.

Roomy lodge with great view

We choose this place for a family stay to attend a family wedding. Our main reason was the number of bedrooms with bathrooms. The common area had an amazing view of the river and a big enough area for a hair stylist to set up and do everyone’s hair and makeup. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group with plenty of seating inside and on the porch. It had an oversized island which made a good place to set up a buffet for family. It is an older building with a lot of character. The host was very responsive and she went above and beyond when she went to the lodge before we arrived to take in a delivery from Rent the Runway for one of our guests.

We had a wonderful visit. My only concern would be that several of us were older and had to be very careful with entering and exiting the house.

Love it!!

We had a lovely stay with our friend group. We all cooked together the first night and the kitchen had a lot of space and well stocked. Lots of common space for us to hang out. The bedrooms were comfortable. Will definitely come back!
