Newly listed, newly renovated, this bright and charming home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood only 1 mile to the shops and restaurants in Edgartown. It is 11/2 miles down the bike path to South Beach, It is also 1 mile to The Edgartown Great Pond, and the iconic Morning Glory Farm. This home is ideally located.
The private setting is surpassed by the charming ambiance of the interior of the home itself. It has a large bright living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a modern bright, sunny, well stocked kitchen.
It has a first floor king bedroom and full bath. On the second floor it has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed and private balcony. There is a full bathroom on the second floor, as well. An additional bedroom is located on the third floor with four twin beds. So many restaurants to choose from. The Island offers music, fun atmosphere or a quiet get-away. What ever your needs, they will be fulfilled on this incredible Island.

This property is conveniently located in the middle of all activities, towns and beaches. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, terrific for strolling or biking. It just off the bike path connecting you to South Beach, Edgartown and all the "Up Island" has to offer.

This property has an apartment over the two car garage. The apartment is very private and offers a serene deck off the back. It has a fully stocked kitchen and king bed, full bath. A wonderful property for extended family and friends. This will be available in 2023.
