Charming 30mÂČ alcove studio on the ground floor, facing southeast with a 10mÂČ enclosed terrace, which gives you direct access to the beach (20m) and the seafront promenade.
Private parking space #128.
At the entrance you will find two single beds (90cm) and a storage closet. The hallway (with a large built-in closet) leads you to the living room. There is a new 140cm sofa bed, an open-plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, 2 electric burners), a dining area, a sideboard, and a washing machine.
Dear guests, your pets are welcome in this property.
Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: âŹ15 per bed for bed linen.
Towels: âŹ10 per person.
Baby crib rental: âŹ15 per week.
For any additional requests, please let us know as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you.
Departure cleaning is at your expense. If you wish to purchase the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs âŹ80.
