Upstairs: alcove with 2 BZ benches of 90cm, double chest of drawers (window) and shelving unit, small mezzanine with games-reading area.
Private terrace facing South-East surrounded by hedges with gate, electric awning, garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, bicycle rack. Private parking. Shed (1 bicycle available).
