Runway Cabin Retreat with Private Hot Tub!
Tucked away on a secluded acre against the mountainside, this spacious cabin provides a cozy, peaceful getaway central to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Brian Head Ski Resort. With floor-to-ceiling windows, two beautiful sunrooms and an outdoor hot tub, guests can take in beautiful mountain meadow views. The cabin provides a separate basement suite, making it a perfect space for big families to enjoy all the adventure on the mountain!
The cabin sits on a spacious lot up against the mountain slope overlooking the Strawberry Valley meadow. Guests may be lucky enough to see an airplane or two fly by onto the small airstrip while sitting out on the deck or inside one of the two sunrooms.
Inside the 2,450 sq. ft cabin you'll find 3 floors of cozy cabin living space equipped floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible views, high-speed Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove and fireplace, and 4 HD TV's with streaming services.
Outside on the back patio you can soak in the newly installed spa and relax after a long day of outdoor fun! Cook up dinner on either the propane or charcoal grills.

- Super comfy reclining leather sofa and loveseats
- 60" Samsung Smart TV
- Large kitchen with gas range, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, sink, and all the kitchenware you'll need
- Dining area with table that seats 8-10 and 3 more at the counter
- Pantry, linen closet, and cleaning closet
- Hallway bathroom with shower
- Master bedroom with adjustable king bed, and 55" Samsung Smart TV
- En suite master bathroom with shower
- Sunroom off the master bedroom with two rocking chairs and side table
- Guest bedroom with queen bed

- Separate basement suite with walkout entry and accordion door to main level
- Large living area with leather sleeper sofa and recliner chair
- Wet bar kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, and coffee maker

- There is more parking available for trailers/off-road vehicles off the driveway towards the bottom of the lot
- Guests are just 10 minutes away from Duck Creek Village's restaurants, gas station, grocery store and other services
- In the winter we highly recommend the use of 4x4 vehicles with chains to get up the canyon

Pets are permitted and we have a $50 flat pet fee for up to two pets. Any additional pets will be an extra $25/pet per stay.
4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- Do not park on road. Only park on driveway
- Please use hot tub responsibly. No food or drink in hot tub. Shower before and after hot tub use.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We were married in February 2021 and wanted a cabin in the mountains to escape to and make memories with our family. There's so much to do and and have fun with up in Duck Creek Village that it made perfect sense. We love that we can share the cabin with other families as well!
